The import guidelines, the source guidelines and the on-the-ground rule are written down. What exactly do you not understand about these that you do not comply with them? The person and company you mentioned has absolutely nothing to do with this.

It’s very encouraging to see @openstreetmap data, and apps like @OrganicMapsApp slowly surpass their closed-source competitors, especially when it comes to detail and the great outdoors. Works offline, too!
