Excited to officially announce I’ll be joining @MASH__BASEBALL this October full-time in their pitching department.
I’m incredibly grateful for my time at @VSA__Baseball and everything we’ve built together. I’ll remain at VSA through the end of September before making the move and beginning this next chapter with MASH.
Big thanks to @coach_germain @SteveMcGuiggan and the rest of the team at MASH for the opportunity. Really excited to get started! #RaiseTheStandard

After four years with Prep Baseball, I’ve decided to step away from my role with the organization.
I’m grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships I’ve built along the way, and proud to have been part of a great few years for @PrepBaseballWI.

A common regret I hear from college athletes is that they wish they'd started strength training sooner. Getting stronger is a game changer for performance AND skill acquisition. If you're 21 and just gaining strength you should have had at age 16, you're way behind.
