Ive met so many people who have faked it over the years. I've met so many people who have faked MANY disorders and illnesses. Hell, Ive met someone who faked being disabled in their leg. If you cant get the attention you want, better yourself as a person, not this.

Its so prevalent on the internet to fake rare disorders. DID especially. You're telling me that a disorder that has a diagnosis rate of 1% is quite common in VRChat? Im not knocking you if you actually have it, Im knocking you if you think faking it makes you quirky.
