The double standards in the treatment of Diane Abbott is abhorrent.
Racism and misogynoir against Black women in the workplace is rife across society; our political class is no exception.
Our utmost solidarity with @HackneyAbbott 🖤

The journalist @nickwallis who has been with the Post Office Scandal for years (+ excellent @ComputerWeekly)
"Fujitsu will take more than £2 BILLION out of the Horizon IT system over the lifetime of this contract...and Fujitsu have since built an empire, in this country, on the broken backs of Sub-Postmasters"
And that, dear voters, is how "the establishment" works..
£4.9 billion further contracts given by Rishi Sunak to Fujitsu since 2019
Fujitsu and Infosys have had a partnership since 2003.
Multiple conflicts of interest imho

It's that time of year when Spotify get millions of people to do millions of £££s worth of free marketing for them by selling them a "personality", whilst shafting artists over. It's seriously evil genius.

If Sunak doesn’t sack Braverman now, we frankly might as well not have a government until they’re gone. The police would have been able to control the pro-Palestine March which was going nowhere near the Cenotaph. The Conservatives deliberately put a match to cultural tinder 1/3

For Suella Braverman, the speech in Washington DC wasn’t really about refugees at all. On the eve of the Conservative Party conference in Manchester, it was a pitch for the leadership, writes @RMCunliffe. newstatesman.com/politics/co…

Are you the same guy who dropped his house building targets? Because I’m the guy who started building more council homes than the rest of England combined, exceeded your affordable homes targets & built more homes of any kind than since the 1930s. This is desperate nonsense.
Labour’s Sadiq Khan has failed to deliver the homes London needs, driving up prices and making it harder for families to get on the housing ladder.
So I’m stepping in to boost house building and make home ownership a reality again for Londoners.

Under Sadiq Khan were more new homes completed per year than under any previous Mayor of London.
