People are getting so offended by this. You don’t have to be 200 lbs+ to have loose skin; however, genetics, age, protein intake and weight training plays a huge role along with supporting your skin’s health (water, collagen, etc.)
I’m very happy for my health overall, but to fit clothes I barely could put on, and now fit with ease is so rewarding.
Times are getting harder and money has to stretch further than before, but I want our local businesses to thrive and stay. We lost so much during COVID, I don’t want to see that happen again.
