People go through trauma and express it through reckless drinking and drugs. Others build certain websites.

Opay is definitely running crazy with innovation at this point. How do you suggest the person I’m sending money to just because I’m standing close to their account number written on a paper? They aren’t even using an Opay POS fgs.

used this scope 2020-2023. i was getting all my jobs on Linkedin. right now, this thing doesn’t work anymore 😂
I and my friends used to look at this thing as "Bombing LinkedIn" We had a system to look for these companies on LinkedIn, head over to the people section and start bombing the people in the sector we wanted to work for in the company. We would bomb at least 30-40 persons, and most times because we didn't have LinkedIn Premium, there were some persons we couldn't reach. I used this exact system for just 3 weeks and landed my first ever full-time role in design, and about 2 weeks later a Ui/Ux full-time role as well. Till I later discovered Discord, Reddit and Telegram communities, and I left LinkedIn eventually.

Layoffs everywhere and it's getting worse. Hey @grok, how many months does it take a software engineer to find a new job right now?

you don't need next.js + vercel + supabase anymore - next.js → tanstack start or vinext - vercel → workers - supabase postgres → d1 - supabase auth → better auth on d1 - supabase storage → r2 - realtime → durable objects - redis → kv - background jobs → queues + cron triggers one worker, one bill, ~$5/mo

vibecoders, put your code in a VPS so you don’t assume someone wants to attack you because you are special.

Durable Objects are confusing. here is what made it click for me.

Building with AI has exposed the fact that coming up with original ideas is very hard. Every rendition of a product built with AI so far is a makeover of what already exists. There's still a huge idea moat to be explored even if the barrier to entry is probably 0.

Everything most women want from a man costs money. Everything men want from a woman is free. Yet even the free things (respect, accountability, and peace), most women still refuse to give.

accountability is so important to me. nobody is perfect but you’re not about to make me feel like my reaction to your actions is worse than the actions themselves.

gotten too many complaints that I’m too reserved and quiet which affects my relationship with people. nobody is ever sure of what’s going on in my head. yes, the repercussions of speaking up is more disadvantageous than being silent.
