Think we’ll have a wet for Horatio and all those who fought and died OTD in 1805.

“Many successful warriors have found themselves sorely neglected once the shooting has stopped.”
I wonder how Max Hastings feels about how today’s warriors are being treated?
Being neglected is one thing, being hunted, harassed & hung out to dry is a disgrace.
Our team leave tomorrow & have a short & sharp trip ahead of them!
A massive thanks to those who’ve helped us make sure this happen - but most importantly thank you to the 10 Veterans who’ve grafted & committed to representing Veterans Can... in Australia.

This short clip shows exactly what the Veteran Games UK is all about.
Two Veterans from different teams who’d not met before the competition started.
United by shared experience. United by shared service.✌🏼
Details of the 2027 event & the at the Veterans Can… Festival out soon.
Worth watching.
Can you help us get the team to Aus?
Either as an organisation who reconises the impact this positive event has, or an individual who’d just like to make sure it happens?
The Veteran Games is an important up-beat proactive initiative - that will save lives.

A brilliant day at Silverstone, with plenty of our @Veterans_Can beer enjoyed trackside.
Big thanks to Justina & the team for looking after us, and to Nic Hamilton, the @Excelr8M drivers & crew for taking the time to say hi.
Great to see @RugbyBenCohen enjoying it too! 🍺
I first heard this man talk when he visited Wellington School when I was about 14 and I’ve read his books and heard him talk several times since.
He left an indelible and inspirational mark on me and I wish him well.
What a bloke.
Last Call. Maybe…
We’d be very grateful for any donations to help us get the “Veterans Can… Warriors” to Aus to compete in the Veteran Games on the 24/25th Oct.
To those who’ve donated already, thank you. To those who haven’t - you still can😘

Last week Danny collected the bespoke @RurocArmy Veterans Can... helmet he won at our festival in the summer - and it looks amazing.
Many thanks to the whole team who made it all happen. We think Danny’s a bit loved up😉

I wonder, when the Nazis were at our door, did the media spend so much time explaining how average our defence systems were?
Or did they realise their responsibility to play a part of the defence strategy, rather than highlighting to the enemy where the weaknesses might be?
