Which is the bigger failure? @Nissan for refusing to replace the headlights that are the subject of a class action, or @nissanrvanow for atrocious customer service?

So he put my father on several holds and then got angsty when my father said he just wanted his car back.

At 1:20pm, the service technician (1) couldn’t find my father’s car in the system and (2) didn’t know if the repairs had even been started.

Of course, they found two other problems - an oil leak and “metal to metal” rear brakes - so they were going to get everything sorted by 11am today.
