So TV total is no longer total, and there was no notice? Wow. Nice that Rogers can just change our contracts like that.
@Shawhelp we have no phone, internet or tv in south Aldergrove but your site says there are no issues. Help?
I don't have the tv on. But three Saturdays in a row? Way to dampen my day of history research, lol.
@Shawhelp it must be Saturday. This is the 3rd weekend in a row the service in south Aldergrove slows to a snail's pace or just ceases working at all.
@Shawhelp is there a service update page for the outage in the Aldergrove area? There is nothing on the main outage page.
Outlook is continuously asking for log-in as the Shaw email server is not authorizing the request properly. No settings have been changed on my end, this began overnight.

@Shawhelp Can you please confirm which areas of "Vancouver" will be losing service at midnight tonight so we aren't caught unawares again?
