One of the most consequential provisions would formally authorize forced quarantine and government entry onto private property. A MESSAGE FROM THE BUCHANAN FOR SHERIFF CAMPAIGN: @VoteBuchanan Just when you thought that this clown of a Sheriff couldn't dig himself into a deeper hole...he goes and does it! Yesterday he attended an event for a State Representative and started spewing nonsense (once again) keeping the division alive and well as expected. He was saying things like how corrupt our President and Governor are and basically equated them to nazis by empowering law enforcement so they can execute citizens in the streets! He compared law enforcement today to the Holocaust saying how quick officers have turned on the people of our country at the direction of Trump and Abbott.🤦‍♂️ He said officers are committing murder on behalf of this administration!🤦‍♂️ He went on to say that law enforcement has become militarized and federalized "death squads" but not with his agency, because he personally trains every single deputy that goes through the Sheriff's Office, which we all know is a flat out lie!😆 For one, he himself accepts federal dollars and even accepts military equipment for the agency, so he's telling a lie right there by stating that the government has become federalized and militarized but of course that doesn't apply when it's in his favor. We also know that he only goes in on day 1 to talk with the recruits and will occasionally show up to jog with them with tons of cameras around to make it appear as if he's a present, participating Sheriff. If that were true, he wouldn't be at every single political event that he could, speaking this nonsense! He would be busy trying to fix the problems within the agency that he leads. He talks about how he's essentially "the voice" for law enforcement because he's the only one standing up for the citizens by standing against tyranny and the evils of the world and he's facing it head on!😆 Many who work for him will tell you the complete opposite! The Sheriff @sheriffsalazar equates himself to a gladiator and talks about an inscription on a sword that he has and it says "lead to serve, not to govern." Ummm...does anyone want to break the news to him on his "leadership" skills and how he constantly retaliates against deputies? With over 2,300 deputies quitting on him, there is ONE common problem and that's HIM! He's talking about how a certain law enforcement agency is a danger to us all, which is doing nothing more than instilling fear amongst the public, creating an even more negative outlook about law enforcement officers than there already is! He referred to a specific administrator from a specific agency as "Hitler, " which is just throwing gas on the flames! He says we need to turn our state house "As blue as the Texas sky," by electing certain individuals so they can stand up for the "rational" side of our government. Nothing he said sounds rational to me! He's calling people Hitler when that's EXACTLY who he's acting like, by dividing us rather than trying to unite! This guy is a flat out embarrassment to law enforcement and DOES NOT deserve to wear that badge! Community leaders are just that, community leaders. Their mission should be to resolve problems and bring peace not create more problems and bring discord. KEEP POLITICS OUT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT!
