The RNC and I filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a Nevada law NRS 293D.210(4), which permits the registration and voting of individuals who were born outside of the United States and who don’t actually reside in Nevada.
Our Constitution says that the only people who can vote in Nevada have to “actually” live in Nevada for at least 6 months and in the district or county for 30 days next preceding any election.
This statute, which was passed by a radical Democrat legislature in Nevada, violates our Nevada State Constitution, allowing for the registration of and voting by individuals who have never resided in the State of Nevada.
