If companies offer undeclared HazMat (Dangerous Goods) because they don't think what they're offering is HazMat, they'll pay no attention to any educational materials and brochures, disregarding them as irrelevant to their own operations. How can we overcome this?

That IMDG Code with "2018" on the cover? It wasn't usable in 2018, it was voluntary in 2019, and coming soon, 01 Jan 2020 it will be your only IMO DG compliance option. Are U ready? Are your DG compliance support systems up to date?
