Ken je dat? Faciliteer je een online training, vliegt Ziggo @ZiggoWebcare er uit. Rampzalig. Ik ben nu al een uur aan het wachten op herstel... 16 cursisten met een onbevredigend gevoel achterlatend. #ziggo #katwijk

"unFIX is not another SAFe or LeSS. SAFe is a set of patterns to address product delivery with multiple teams. LeSS has the same premise as SAFe but chooses to stay close to Scrum. In Contrast, unFIX is a way to design your organization." - @WJAgeling medium.com/serious-scrum/unf…

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT MANUFACTURING! There. That felt good. Lean provides some useful stuff (like Kaizen and eliminating waste). Lean metrics are less useful than people imagine. A lot of Lean has no applicability at all. <sigh/>

The shift in focus (as espoused by Scrum) to empiricism from traditional predictive/reactive/deterministic approaches has yet to catch on in your typical software/product development shop.

Agility comes from things like rapid response. The team releases, gets feedback from customers, makes changes based on the feedback. If they have to ask for permission to make the change, you’ve lost your agility. Separating "product" from the team is a huge mistake.

Too often Scrum Teams use Scrum to avoid their responsibilities. But this is not how Scrum works. It requires relentless commitment. Day in and day out. lnkd.in/gggb2-r #scrum #agile #seriousscrum #productmanagement #softwaredevelopement @SeriousScrum
