Today we celebrate All Saints' Day, remembering the holy men and women who have gone before us and now share in the joy of Heaven.
You don't have to be famous to be faithful. You simply have to keep saying yes to God.

As October comes to a close, the Church prepares to celebrate All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
These days invite us to remember the holy men and women who inspire us, to pray for those who have died, and to reflect on the promise of eternal life.
We all have moments we wish we could do differently. Words we wish we could take back. Choices we wish we had made with more love.
But our failures do not have to define us.
God invites us to return to Him, seek His mercy, and begin again.
Faith isn't only what we believe. It also shapes the way we live.
We won't get everything right, but we can keep turning to Jesus and asking Him to guide us.
Before your next decision, take a moment to ask: What would love ask of me here?

Halloween is almost here!
What Catholic connection to Halloween do you think more people should know about?
All Hallows' Eve? All Saints' Day? All Souls' Day? Something you learned growing up?
Let's see what our Catholic community knows!

Today the Church celebrates Sts Simon & Jude.
Their feast reminds us that Christ still calls ordinary people to live lives of faith, service, and love.
May we be ready to answer Jesus with open hearts.
Sts Simon & Jude, pray for us!

Jesus often used small things to help us understand the Kingdom of God: a mustard seed, a little yeast, something that grows quietly until it makes a difference.
Our faith can grow that way, too.
Small beginnings can lead to beautiful things when we place them in God's hands.
Jesus calls us to love our neighbours, not only when it is convenient, but in the ordinary moments when love asks something of us.
A welcoming heart can become a doorway through which another person experiences God's love.
Who can you make room for today?

Today's Gospel, Jesus brings us to the heart of our faith: love God with all your heart, soul, & mind, and love your neighbour as yourself.
It changes how we speak to one another, how we respond when someone needs help, how we forgive, and how we welcome those who feel left out.
Mary's life reminds us that faith begins with a simple yes.
She said yes when God's plan was difficult to understand. She trusted when she could not see the whole road ahead. She remained faithful through both joy & sorrow.
Like Mary, we can choose to trust Him 1 step at a time
St. John of Capistrano had a successful career in law & public life, but a difficult season in his life caused him to stop & reconsider where he was going.
He left that life behind & became a Franciscan, dedicating himself to prayer, preaching, & helping others rediscover faith.
St. John Paul II spent his life encouraging people to open their hearts to Christ.
His message was simple, but powerful: Do not be afraid.
Faith doesn't mean we will never be afraid. It means we don't have to face our fears alone.
Jesus is with us.
What's 1 Catholic tradition you hope your family continues for generations?
Is it praying together, attending Mass as a family, a special Christmas tradition, praying the Rosary, or something uniquely yours.

When life feels overwhelming, it helps to return to what matters most.
Return to prayer. Return to Scripture. Return to the Eucharist. Return to the One who knows you completely and loves you faithfully.
Take a moment today to turn your heart back to Him.

St. Margaret Mary Alacoque devoted her life to helping others discover the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Her witness reminds us that Jesus does not love us from a distance. His Heart is open to us in every moment, especially when we are carrying burdens.
St. Paul of the Cross spent his life helping people discover the love of God.
The Cross was not simply a symbol of suffering. It was a powerful reminder of just how deeply Christ loves us.
Take a moment to look toward the Cross and remember the love that was given for you.
Jesus reminds us to give to God what belongs to God.
Faith is not something we leave at the church door. It belongs in our conversations, our decisions, our work, and the way we treat others.
Ask yourself: Am I giving God room to guide the way I live?
St. Ignatius of Antioch remained devoted to Christ during a time of great difficulty for the early Church.
His witness reminds us that faith isn't only for the easy days. It is also what carries us through uncertainty, challenges, and moments when standing firm takes courage.
St. Marguerite d’Youville saw something that can be easy for us to forget: every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and love.
She opened her home to people in need, cared for the sick and poor, welcomed those who had nowhere else to turn.
