$NBIS
just squeezed another 1.13% of training throughput out of 192 $NVDA B300 GPUs running DeepSeek V3 with a single software adjustment. Sounds small? When you’re running thousands of GPUs, these incremental efficiency gains compound fast. Next phase of competition won’t just be about buying more chips — it’ll be about how much extra performance you can extract from the hardware you already have. Today $NBIS is rebounding hard (+8-10%) after yesterday’s heavy selloff. Software edge is becoming the real differentiator.

$SOFI
HAS BEEN NAMED AS ONE OF SIX RETAIL BROKERAGE PLATFORMS FOR ANTHROPIC'S PLANNED IPO!
Anthropic's November 2 SEC filing specifically names SoFi Securities LLC as an anticipated selling-group member for its upcoming IPO.
• Charles Schwab
• Fidelity
• Robinhood
• E*TRADE
• TradePMR
• SoFi Invest Participating retail investors will have the opportunity to purchase Anthropic shares at the IPO offering price, subject to eligibility and share availability.
Anthropic is one of the most recognizable names in artificial intelligence, and SoFi is being included alongside some of the largest brokerage platforms in the country.
📌 $IREN’s earnings are incredibly bullish for $NBIS and $CRWV.
Here’s why:
• They just signed a 5-year contract at ~$22M per MW with the customer prepaying 90% of GPU CapEx
• Short-term contract locked in at $40M per MW
• Contracted H100 GPUs at double the pricing of their previous H100 deal
This isn’t just good for IREN. It proves the entire neocloud pricing power is real and accelerating.
If IREN can command these terms, $NBIS and $CRWV — with their scale, customer relationships, and power capacity — are in an even stronger position to do the same (or better). Higher pricing + customer-funded CapEx = dramatically lower reliance on expensive debt and much healthier unit economics across the whole sector.
I’m more bullish on $NBIS than ever after this. The demand is clearly there, the pricing is rising fast, and the model is shifting in their favor.
Short-term noise doesn’t change the multi-year runway.
Follow me for more pure alpha on the AI infrastructure names. We’re just getting started.

🔥 NBIS Holdings Update Just Dropped — Institutions Are Loading Up Hard, and I’m Still Bullish AF
Alright folks, NBIS is getting crushed today (down hard into the $120s), and the timeline is full of panic. But I just pulled the latest 13F data, and the smart money is telling a completely different story.
Latest Institutional Ownership Snapshot (as of Q2 2026 filings – June 30):
Institutional ownership sits at roughly 66-70% of shares outstanding — a massive jump from the prior quarter. Over 1,000 institutions are in, holding more than 161 million shares.
Top holders right now:
BlackRock: 11.53M shares (~4.75%) → added another 1.6M (+16%)
Goldman Sachs: 9.8M shares (~4%) → exploded higher by +218%
Invesco: 6.94M shares → nearly 4x’d their position
Orbis Allan Gray: 6.49M shares
Bank of America: 6.14M shares → up over 300%
Value Aligned Research Advisors: 6.1M shares
Fred Alger Management: 5.73M shares
UBS: 5.24M shares → big increase
Situational Awareness LP: 4.46M shares (brand new position)
Lone Pine Capital: 4.26M shares (also new)
Goldman, Invesco, and BofA didn’t just dip a toe in — they went all-in. New heavy hitters showed up too. When the big boys are aggressively adding while the stock is getting smoked, I pay attention.
Why I’m Still Bullish:
This selloff feels more like emotion and sector rotation than a fundamental break. Nebius is still one of the purest plays on the AI infrastructure buildout — power, capacity, and big customer demand are all lining up. Institutions clearly see the multi-year runway, and the analyst targets still sit way above current levels.
Volatility is the price of admission in this space. I’m holding my position and watching for opportunities to add on weakness. Diamond hands time.
What are you guys doing with NBIS right now? Still in? Averaging down? Or heading for the exits? Drop it in the comments.

🔥THREE INVESTMENT FIRMS ADDED OVER 2.5 MILLION $SOFI SHARES IN Q3!
New 13F filings reveal significant position increases in SoFi.
Davenport & Co.
• 3,779,487 shares held
• +1,004,632 shares QoQ
• $59.69M position value
Portman Square Capital
• 784,273 shares held
• New position in Q3
• $12.33M position value
Laurion Capital Management
• 751,906 shares held
• +727,146 shares QoQ
• $11.82M position value
Combined, these three managers reported 5.32 million common shares worth approximately $83.8M as of September 30.
That's a net increase of over 2.5 million shares from their prior filings.
One important detail: Portman Square and Laurion also disclosed substantial options positions, including puts. These aren't necessarily straightforward bullish bets.

Q3 Update: Construction is underway, yet no lease agreements have been signed.🔥
The Moses Lake project has secured all necessary construction permits, with work commencing in September. Presentation materials indicate that initial steel and concrete construction has begun on-site. Energization is expected by 2027; the site has been upgraded from the GB300 specification to the full-scale Vera Rubin platform.
The scope of pending permits is narrowing. The Sharon project requires one additional environmental permit before construction can begin, while the Panther Creek project requires three more. Keel states that the redesign—undertaken to comply with Pennsylvania Executive Order 2026-05 regarding backup power—has not altered costs or timelines for tenants. This is according to Keel and has not been independently verified.
The company currently holds $780 million in cash. The CFO stated that no debt or equity financing will be required prior to the signing of lease agreements. The company has liquidated its entire Bitcoin reserve, generating $192 million in proceeds. Load studies for the Panther Creek (up to 500 MW) and Scrubgrass (~1.3 GW) projects are expected to be completed by Q1 2027.
Revenue for the quarter was $28 million (down 59% year-over-year), with an adjusted EBITDA of -$27 million and a net loss of $62.7 million. The loss was primarily driven by a $55 million non-cash charge related to a "capped call" option.
Key Omission: No lease agreements have been signed to date. The company currently reports being in "advanced negotiations" with potential tenants across multiple sites but has provided no specific timeline. The goal mentioned in Q1—to sign three lease agreements this year—is no longer referenced.
Contradiction: While the presentation materials state, "We do not engage in speculative construction," and link full-scale development to signed lease agreements, construction at the Moses Lake project has already begun despite the absence of any signed leases. Form 8-K (report of major events) remains a key point to watch moving forward.

Follow me for the latest stock market updates.
Goldman put out a risk scenario. Democrats could increase scrutiny on AI development and data centers, and push to remove some tax incentives.
I went and checked $IREN''s 10-K and the related policy.🔥
On taxes, theres already a US proposal looking at removing the extra depreciation benefit for data centers. For IREN, GPUs and servers take a lot of capital. If accelerated tax deductions go away, early cash tax payments go up and project payback can stretch longer.
Assume a 100MW project does $2B annual revenue. A 1% revenue tax is $20M a year. 2% is $40M. These rates are just my sensitivity assumptions for now.
US tax policy doesnt directly apply to IRENs projects in Canada, Australia, and Spain.
IREN disclosed in the FY2026 10-K that power cost is about 27% of full-year revenue.
A 10% rise in overall power cost would cut pre-tax profit by about $19.1M. For future AI cloud projects, assume 100MW IT capacity, PUE of 1.2, running full load all year.
Every 1 cent per kWh increase in power price adds about $10.51M in annual cost. That can add real burden.
Texas has already added requirements for large power interconnection projects of 75MW and above. On a 50MW IT project at $20M revenue per MW per year, a three-month delay in acceptance and billing means about $250M of planned revenue in that period cant be recognized on time. Actual impact still depends on grace periods and delay terms.
🔥I think the biggest opportunity for $SOFI isn’t necessarily adding another 10 million members.
It’s figuring out how to make each existing member relationship significantly more valuable.
That’s where things could get really interesting…
The long-term potential here is massive if they can keep expanding products and deepening engagement with the members they already have. Higher lifetime value per customer is the real unlock.
Still holding and bullish on the long-term story.
If you’re also holding $SOFI, follow me. I’ll keep posting timely updates.🔥

$CRWV TP: $128
$NBIS TP: $265
They continue to expect neoclouds (at least the bigger ones) to print due to the favourable demand vs supply imbalance. Compute demand will continue being strong, the Dems winning the mid-terms doesn't mean demand for AI suddenly goes to zero. Short-term noise, long term clarity.
Wild to see defensive, biotech, healthcare, and cybersecurity sectors continue their march upwards at lofty valuations.

$IREN 🔥
reports tomorrow after the close, and the analysts grading it cannot agree on what it prints.
Revenue estimates span $220M to $230M EPS estimates span -$0.49 to -$0.76.
The middle sits around $222M and -$0.76. Underneath the argument sits $16.6B of signed contracts. Microsoft alone is $9.7B of it. The year-end ARR target is above $4B, and about 85% of it is already contracted.
The stock closed at $24.46 yesterday, still down from a $76 high, with a quarter of the float short into the print.
Tomorrow at 5 PM they answer. $IREN

I believe management picked 11/5 for earnings release (after midterms) specifically so they could update and lay out for investors their future site development strategy taking election results into account.
🔥 $NBIS
If Texas keeps tightening data center approvals, clouds that rely heavily on the ERCOT grid could see slower expansion. Texas has already paused new large data center energizations pending a grid audit.
That could actually be positive for $NBIS, which has no Texas sites.
Nebius' layout is more spread out.
Missouri — Independence GW-scale AI factory (under construction)
Pennsylvania — Highridge AI factory (planned)
Alabama — Birmingham AI infrastructure
New Jersey — Vineland data center
Finland — Mäntsälä and Lappeenranta
France — Paris and Béthune
UK & Iceland — additional AI cloud capacity
I think a new variable in AI compute competition is location and power approvals. If competitor projects get delayed, NBIS capacity that is already live outside ERCOT can become more valuable. Short term, NBIS looks decent imo.
Jim Cramer just tweeted:🔥
“Markets love gridlock, hate endless surprises…. So a rally… but be careful with the Nebius/IRENs of the world.”
Translation for the rest of us:
Market’s about to bounce… just stay the hell away from names like Nebius and IREN.

Blue Wave Crushes Tech: Nasdaq Futures Plunge as Democrats Sweep Congress 🔥🔥
Democrats just took both the House and Senate in a decisive midterm victory.
Traditional red states flipped. Trump’s remaining two years just got locked down.
Pre-market reaction is clear:
• Nasdaq-100 futures dropped more than 2% at the lows
• S&P 500 futures fell as much as 1.4%
• AI and data-center related stocks leading the selloff
Why markets are reacting this hard:
Investors are focused on one major risk — regulation.
A fully Democratic Congress plus new Democratic governors in key states (especially Texas) raises the odds of tighter rules on data centers, energy use, and AI infrastructure.
That’s the exact growth engine that has powered the market for the past two years.
Less fiscal stimulus + higher regulatory risk = pressure on growth stocks.
What I’m watching into the open:
How quickly Nasdaq can bounce from overnight lows
Chip and AI infrastructure names
10-year yield movement (already sliding)
Any early comments from Democratic leadership on tech policy
Midterm shocks often fade, but the size of this blue wave is bigger than most expected. The market may need more time to fully price it in.
Volatility creates opportunity for disciplined traders.

🔥 $SOFI — THE LONG-TERM GROWTH STORY IS JUST GETTING STARTED.
CEO Anthony Noto reportedly sees a path to 100 MILLION products by 2030 — roughly 4X current levels.
Even more impressive? Nearly 50% of every incremental revenue dollar flowed through to EBITDA in Q3.
Think about what that means:
🔥 Massive room for customer growth.
🔥 Strong operating leverage.
🔥 Increasing profitability as the business scales.
This is exactly why I'm bullish on $SOFI going forward.
