Seems both HDFC & Neu wanted to make it easy for us to close this nuisance of a card.
It is time to close the HDFC Neu Card. The service and app quality of @tata_neu has gone to gutter. I don't even have energy to deal with their ignorant and incompetent customer service team. Good riddance!

KYC TERRORISM MUST STOP.
As per @RBI one customer need to do KYC once with a bank for all banking needs. That's why even CKYC was introduced. In fact I opened my @slicebank savings account using CKYC. But now they need another KYC while opening current account. Shame!
