Day 7—the finale of my @OffasDykePath challenge on Friday took me from Llanbedr DC across the Clwydians to Bodfari, through farmland and down to the sea at Prestatyn.

Day 6 of my @OffasDykePath challenge—Thurs 31st saw me trek from Bronygarth to Llanbedr DC, tracing the tranquil canal through Llangollen before beginning the climb into the majestic Clwydian range.

Day 3 on Monday 28th saw me complete the wonderful section of @OffasDykePath from Hay-on-Wye to Kington and then on to a campsite in Knighton.

Looking back to last Sat I started my @OffasDykePath challenge from Chepstow to a few miles north of Monmouth to support the incredible lifesavers @GSTT_ICU #ECMO. @GSTTCharity

When it comes to blood donation, we love getting support from our @NHS colleagues. The staff at @GSTTnhs supported blood stocks this winter by holding a public donation session and some donated themselves. ❤️
