No nation in the world has the right to exist. Not a single one. People have the right to exist. Children most of all.

This year, the @COTimesRecorder has done something that no other outlet in the state has done: doggedly covered the advance of extremism in school districts around the state.
With school board elections 6 days away, I want to re-up some of that coverage. ⬇️

Say it loud enough to wake up your friends who only vote in presidential elections.

We need everyone to vote like their children's education depends on it. We can't tolerate questionable ethics on the board.

He makes some good points.
Colorado Springs dad calls out the District 11 school board for spending $40,000 on a public relations firm allegedly tied to the Republican Party.
"$40,000 can buy a lot of pencil erasers, but even that isn't enough to erase the mistakes of this board." #COpolitics

This is the "radical progressive" that conservatives warned you about. Pretty sure more policing doesn't result in safer communities. Would much rather see a proposal to retain revenues for community supports for those most in need.

Bari Weiss got a half-million dollar donation from Harlan Crow to help create an "anti-woke" nonprofit — the "Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism"
But FAIR was completely hobbled by infighting from members and donors who wanted to focus on fighting the transgenders 🫡

ALT Wright and his colleagues felt that FAIR was failing its followers by not weighing in on such conversations—in other words, the anti-orthodoxy organization was struggling over how orthodox to be. “Chapter leaders and other volunteers were desperate to know FAIR’s position on gender ideology, because many were parents with young children concerned about their safety,” Wright wrote. “In my experience attending welcome meetings for new FAIR members, the clear majority were primarily concerned about gender ideology over race-related issues.”
Fascinating and juicy. @emmaogreen takes us inside the rise and fall of an anti-woke nonprofit that @bariweiss helped to get started. newyorker.com/news/annals-of…

Hey @NikkiHaley — I’m a pediatrician right here in South Carolina who has worked with countless suicidal kids, and zero have ever cited trans kids in sports… but plenty mentioned anti-LGBTQ rhetoric akin to the words coming out your mouth.
Its great to see @HarrisonSD2 showing up for our students today at youth pride. One day I hope my school district can do the same.
