APSU Basketball alumnus @AntBrookshire0 was selected with the 21st pick in the second round by the @iawolves of the @nbagleague! Brookshire becomes the second player drafted into the G-League and the first since Chris Horton in 2016!

I know y’all want early offers for your kids/ players. Sometimes early praise lowers the ceiling of a player/ person though. Can make the circle delusional too.
I know YOU want it, but can THEY handle it?
Means nothing unless you’re good enough when it’s time to be good enough

Looking deeper at the UAC (United Conf), there's just so much to like about Austin Peay.
Zyree Collins back at PG, superstar guard. Rashaud Marshall will contend for league POY. Chuck Love coming in to be the third option. Lot of talented young guys to fill bench roles. Will need guys like Felipe Minzer, Bradley Floyd, Talon Todd, etc. to make an impact right away.

Head coach Corey Gipson announced the retainment of his entire staff. The Governors are 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘 teams 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗪𝗜𝗗𝗘 to have won a conference title in 2025-26 and bring everyone back ahead of the 2026-27 season!

When APSU takes the court for the '26-'27 opener, there will be 10 new faces sporting the Red & White for the first time; however, an all-conference duo in @Marshal1Rashaud and @zyree314 return from the Govs' 2025-26 championship season.

Great article about our program!
Corey Gipson has arguably the most unique sideline attire in the country. But it's more than just a uniform, it's an embodiment of his program's culture. My Austin Peay feature for @mid_madness:

Austin Peay commit Brandon Rooks brought some electricity to the gym.
The @BHSMensHoops PG showed a crafty handle & confident (deep) range. Like how he was consistently able to create advantages.

I recently had the chance to sit down with Coach Gip again. It’s safe to say he’s excited about this season- and you should be too.
