I was false banned for cheats by an AI system
I'm being ignored and no one is taking the time to review my logs.
"we've already provided all the support we can" if that were the case my logs would be reviewed and I'd be unbanned already! You can't make this up 😭 acted they understood my pain just to do the same exact thing as everyone else ignoring me.
1,362 hours and 650 USD spent on my account and this is how I get treated as a loyal player.
Just a week back into the game and suddenly I'm cheating, what a joke man.
Below I've provided an image of that last ticket and my best clips before I was false banned. If you've also been falsely banned on Valorant I encourage you to post about it aggressively and don't give up.

I've been playing Valorant for 3 years with a clean record — never a single penalty. After logging out from a normal session, I was perma banned for "third-party tool." I was not 5-stacking, wasn't using any external software, and have no idea what triggered this. I'd really appreciate a real review of my case. I didnt get a HWID ban on my computer or anything, im still playing the game and i just want my main account working and playing again.

I was falsely banned on Valorant for 3rd party software. I have never cheated on valorant ever. If someone could go through my logs to prove me innocent that would be greatly appreciated. I’ve spent a lottt of time and money into this account so I don’t want to just give it up. Yeah no 100% there are a group of us that need to be unbanned looking for a dev that could do it. But to be fair to them I bet some are actual cheaters and there are a lot of messages. If they just had a better support system it would be great.

Yeah support won't do a thing for you tbh. I can't prove it but I highly suspect that if anyone is even behind those tickets, they aren't capable of helping you / refuse to forward the situation to someone who can help and close your ticket. They probably just see the ban for third party and ignore you based off of that alone, I'm certain of it.

Hi! @WarframeExposed @RiotK3o val keeps kicking me mid-game sayin I used prohibited tools. RiotSupport replied sayin I'm restricted til Aug 10, but i can still log in and play. It only happens randomly after a few rounds. Can you help pls, im scared of gettin perma banned

I have had the same thing happened to me for over a year, an account I have spent thousands on and grinded to my peak rank is all gone due to the false ban for cheating using third party software. Sucks how if the anticheat picks up anything ur banned no matter what. @ItsGamerDoc

🤷🏻 I hope you get unbanned, but Gamerdoc and VGK/Riot are just shit if you’re legit you getting false flagged, etc. But when you cheat, you can hit Radiant. It’s funny. I started my closet journey because I got falsely banned, and now I never got banned while using other stuff😂
They should really stop. It's losing them money. Like even when I get unbanned, that new rogue vandal is pretty sick, but I'm gonna think thrice before buying it bc I know how they treat the playerbase. Do I really wanna support a game that neglects players, and hand out permanent and 1 year bans like candy? Do I wanna support a game that uses AI support agents that instantly close your tickets? I don't think so. So maybe I'll just stick to picking em off the ground until Riot starts providing better support for banned players.

This is my 9th ticket trying to get them to address my false ban issued by Vanguard. Many of us have been speaking our about these bans yet we are ignored. Any human would CLEARLY SEE no cheats used upon reviewing my logs and gameplay.
It's only getting worse, more and more false bans are being issued and the support system is nonexistent besides whatever this ChatGPT, copy-pasted nonsense is.
Players that receive these false bans usually end up leaving the game forever, or just never supporting the game ever again, as Riot is proving that they can't be trusted. Why would anyone buy skins and stack an account to over 1k value when Vanguard can tweak out and ban them for cheats, all while their skill is built from the ground up?
This is a direct insult to the very players that support your game @VALORANT, you dare ban OUR accounts with OUR ranked progress, thousands of hours, thousands of dollars spent and we're getting banned by an automated AI system with no human input? Guess what? Customer support is also 99% AI, so good luck getting unbanned!
My patience is running thin, and I've only been banned for a week. I know players from comments in my other posts that have been banned for months and still haven't gotten in contact with a human dev! Unacceptable!
For those of us that are banned, keep posting, let @riotgames know that they've screwed up. They need to get rid of this AI trash and employ a team of HUMAN log reviewers that can unban players within the support system. We shouldn't have to make these posts and send mail to Riot HQ just to get some help from a human dev!!!
