Just a reminder, when you see @agowa announcing "settlements", notice they announce the overall dollars, not the dollars you'll get back In EVERY settlement, there's this little nugget @agowa wants headlines. You can see it with his idiotic videos. You will never be made whole

Giffords is about to get the biggest ass in history Their crown jewels are going up in flames The reckoning against them and Democrats is almost here Their funding will dry up. Millions of man hours and billions spent. And it's all coming to an end
NEW: We just filed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to uphold the assault weapons bans in Cook County, Illinois, and Connecticut. On December 2, the Supreme Court will hear an attempt to override the will of the people and overturn laws passed to combat deadly tragedies. SCOTUS must uphold these constitutional and lifesaving bans on assault weapons.

This is a follow-up to our earlier post about the Public Disclosure Commission waiving a state law passed by the legislature, a move that lets special interests take the lid off how much they can spend to mislead you. At the time, we didn’t know who requested that waiver. Now we do. SEIU has put a total of $400,000 into a two-pronged attack on the income tax and on our Supreme Court candidates. On October 26, SEIU gave $150,000 to the campaign opposing I-645 (the income tax) and $250,000 to the committee attacking your judicial candidates, Beware the Attack on Our Courts. Under state law, SEIU could only have given $75,000 to each, for a total of $150,000. That’s not a small amount. Instead, the PDC handed Beware the Attack on Our Courts the ability to take an extra $250,000, a windfall granted in violation of state law. Yes, in Washington some people are more equal than others. The Supreme Court candidates targeted by this money can still only collect $2,400 per person, and only through their own committees. The PDC says it made this move in the name of “fairness.” As a reminder, Merriam-Webster defines “fairness” as “the quality or state of being fair” and “lack of favoritism toward one side or another.”

This is going to shock you. I mean no one saw this coming… Oh Wait After the PDC changed the rules mid election to allow PACs supporting statewide candidates to take unlimited contributions: SEIU just donated $250K to the Beware PAC What is the purpose of the Beware pack? An attempt to own the supreme court to ensure the constitutional protection against an income tax gets overturned by a hyper partisan group of judges Shame on you PDC I mean really, shame on you PDC Changing the rules mid election seems way wrong Even more shameful is that everyone paying attention knew that this was to allow big donations from public unions to PAC (see what i did there?) the courts Fight back against this rotten corrupt system 5 judges who believe the constitution is more important than political ideology Position 1: Scott Edwards, votescottedwards.com Position 3: David Stevens, judgestevensforwa.com Position 4: Sean O'Donnell, odonnellforjustice.com Position 5: Dave Larson, larsonforjustice.com Position 7: Todd Bloom, electtoddbloom.com
What the Actual??? WA STATE CORRUPTION WARNING TLDR Who do you think seems more corrupt? 1) The public unions trying to buy Washington's Supreme Court races? Or 2) The PDC, which suddenly changed the rules 12 days before the election so those unions can spend even more? What happened: Oct 13: the 21-day late-money cap kicked in. Max $7,500 per donor to PACs. Oct 22: the PDC suspended it. By "interpretive statement." No lawsuit. No ruling. What it means: In this final stretch, when voters are filling out ballots, the PDC changed the donation rules so there's no limit on what one donor can give a PAC. Checks of any size, right up to Election Day. Who benefits: The unions. SEIU, WEA and WFSE have already given $450K directly to the "Beware the Attack on Our Courts" PAC. In addition SEIU, WEA and WFSE are also the largest donors to New Direction PAC, which has donated an additional $298K to the supreme court judicial “Beware” PAC Until Oct 22, each of them could only give the court PAC up to $7,500 more before the election. Now they can give $500K. Or $5M. No Limits Where does their money come from? $165M+ a year flowing into SEIU, WEA and WFSE. Tax-exempt- taken from their members—each year. 5 Supreme Court seats on the ballot. A majority of the court. How much of the Supreme Court does $165M buy? The PDC just gave the public unions the green light to find out. Want judges not bankrolled by the public unions? Vote. Pos 1: Scott Edwards Pos 3: David Stevens Pos 4: Sean O'Donnell Pos 5: Dave Larson Pos 7: Todd Bloom

foxnews.com/politics/fbi-rai… CALLED IT! He got caught in a classic honeypot operation by the Chinese, and Democrats, putting party over country, voted down to have him removed from the House Intelligence Committee, where he had access to classified intel nationalreview.com/news/mcca…

Well @agowa's complete lack of spine just got thousands of people their jobs when he rolled over like a bitch and allowed the merger after pretending to get "concessions", even after we proved what he "got" was their goal LONG before Nick filed a lawsuit variety.com/2026/film/news/s…

Remember when @agowa and @govbobferguson along with just about EVERY Democrat said that it doesn't happen in our state? Yeah, turns out they lied. Now you know why they didn't want to hand over voter rolls.
Press conference from Seattle regarding noncitizens voting and being registered to vote. Due to the uncooperative state officials, it is a slow process. So far they have identified 400 illegal voters who voted in multiple elections, but suspect it will turn out to be thousands.

They're crashing out and lying. The federal judge's ruling had nothing to do with personally made firearms (something that is legal and our ban specifically goes against the Bruen test. That's why it's not criminally prosecuted. Democrats know they'll lose)

A reminder that Alliance For Gun Responsibility gets "grants" from things like this All while they donate to Democrats with some of that "grant" money. Our state is going bankrupt, and Democrats STILL send them money, while wanting more of your taxes

Uh oh, looks like we won't be hearing from @agowa or @govbobferguson on the matter since it looks like they'll likely lose a case they're cheering for.

It is quite interesting to me that the loudest chirping about some imagined invasive exams for girls sports are the very ones insisting that boys be allowed invasive access to girls most private spaces and and in their sports. Vote Yes I-638 Protect girls sports….

Ken Jennings says I-645 is a "$13 billion tax break." That's FOUR years of projected revenue from a tax nobody pays until 2029. WA voters have rejected an income tax 10 times since 1934. Make it 11. YES on 645. seattletimes.com/seattle-new…

You want to know why our state spends over $500 million year on lawsuit settlements? This FOUR YEARS Washington state dragged this through the courts (@govbobferguson defended this nonsense) and were willing to let children's mental health go to shit to defend their ideology
