Hey @southwestair thanks for reminding me why I don’t fly with you. Flight delays with no notification that I’m going to miss my connection and no accommodations given at all. Flying for nearly 24 hours to get from LAS to SRQ is a joke.

Also gate checked my bag as a courtesy despite not having to with the boarding group I was in only to have the handle ripped off the case. Southwest is awful.
