Wes went from "there's nothing more I can offer" to offering more money and jobs without strikes even happening. Why does it take the threat of strikes for him to make a (weak) attempt at fixing doctor unemployment? Strikes are the only language this government understands

We have one of the lowest doctor per patient ratios. Is it @wesstreeting plan to maintain that number? Won't speed up access to specialists if you don't have enough specialists 3/3
