We are absolute fools if we re-sign this rat. Treat the club like dirt, lied to them and the club is interested? I couldn't ever take our club seriously if that's the case.
🚨 EXCL: Bayern Munich have been informed, amid their ongoing pursuit of Trent Alexander-Arnold, which I was the first to report several months ago, that #LFC have now emerged as a concrete option for the England international. Alexander-Arnold is seriously considering leaving Real Madrid at the end of the season should his current situation and the sporting circumstances surrounding him fail to improve. Both Bayern Munich and Liverpool, England’s grandest and most illustrious footballing institution, are understood to be his preferred destinations, with a potential departure from the Spanish capital becoming an increasingly realistic scenario. Bayern Munich regard Alexander-Arnold as a pivotal figure for their long-term sporting project, viewing him as the player capable of finally filling the void left by the legendary Philipp Lahm and establishing himself as a defining presence on the right side of their defence for years to come. Vincent Kompany has already held discussions with the player, outlining his vision and the role he could occupy within the team, with the prospect of combining Alexander-Arnold’s exceptional passing range and creativity with Michael Olise’s attacking qualities particularly appealing to the Bayern hierarchy. The German champions remain firmly committed to their pursuit and believe they can present a compelling sporting proposition, with the player himself not having ruled out a move to Munich. Nevertheless, the prevailing feeling within Bayern Munich is that Alexander-Arnold would currently lean towards a return to his boyhood club Liverpool, the institution that shaped his career and gave him the platform to establish himself among the finest players of his generation, should both opportunities materialise. #LFC are exploring the possibility of bringing their former player back to Anfield, although there remains serious, and I emphasise serious, hesitation within the club over how such a reunion would be received by supporters following the circumstances of his departure. Bayern remain firmly committed to securing his signature and continue to position themselves as serious contenders, but Liverpool are increasingly optimistic about the prospect of bringing Alexander-Arnold back to Anfield and are actively exploring whether the conditions for a reunion can be established, with the England international currently prioritising a return to his boyhood club over a move to Munich should he leave Real Madrid at the end of the season, although much will ultimately depend on developments in the Spanish capital over the coming months.

British vs foreign. The press have always been racist. The fans are too dumb to notice and share the same blinkered views.
Seems to me if you're an ex player in charge there's zero accountability. But if you're a foreign coach just outside the top 4 playing a back 3 demanding standards you're a criminal to football and must be removed.

Arsenal next?
Liverpool conceded 20 Premier League goals from set-pieces last season, the joint-most in the division. Under Andoni Iraola, they’re one of just two teams yet to concede from a set-piece, excluding penalties, after eight league games. 🔴 [@OptaAnalyst] #LFC

Meanwhile dickheads harp on about immigrants when we've also handed Ukraine close to 35bn since 2022. Living in the Uk is a piss take. But sure, fight over the boat people, they're clearly the problem, right?
The Cost of Britain 🇬🇧 Here is the single MADDEST number in today’s Budget - and the Chancellor didn’t mention it once in his speech 👀 From April, the National Living Wage rises to £13.21 an hour. For a full-time 40-hour week, that is £27,477 a year. That’s GREAT right?? 🤔 At the same time, today’s Budget leaves the 40% Higher Rate tax threshold FROZEN at £50,270 right through until April 2031. Do the maths on that: In Britain today, earning just 1.8x the minimum wage now classes you as a Higher Rate taxpayer. When the 40% tax band was created, it was meant for the top 3.5% of earners - bank directors and senior executives. Today, a skilled tradesperson, experienced nurse, police sergeant or salaried worker earning 1.8x the legal minimum wage hands over: ❌ 42p of every extra pound to HMRC (40% Income Tax + 2% NI) ❌ 51p of every extra pound if they have a student loan That single threshold freeze is quietly pulling an extra £34 billion a year out of working people’s pay packets - without the government ever having to announce a headline tax rise. Pushing minimum wage up from the bottom Whilst freezing the 40% tax trap at the top How can earning 1.8x minimum wage possibly be classed as a “higher earner” in 2026?

A ‘high earner’ is now someone who earns 1.8 x Minimum Wage 😂 This country is honestly a joke. We need our taxes lowered substantially.
Britain’s new minimum wage: £27,456 a year. Higher-rate income tax kicks in at £50,270. Wage compression the Soviet Union could only have dreamed of.

Back to back CL winner Luis Enrique was asked last week what the most important characteristic is to play in his teams..”you better be prepared to run a lot” Failed Middlesbrough manager Michael Carrick “what is pressing really? It’s not really that important” 🤣🤣
Michael Carrick on #mufc’s lack of running: "I think you've got to be careful with just saying ‘not running’. We’ve won a lot of games over a period of time and this pressing thing, that suddenly everyone thinks about pressing. Pressing is one small part of football. There's all sorts of different ways of what people class as a press. What actually is it? What you're doing it for? Is it to your strength? Is it covering up other spaces? It's just thrown about as a bit of a word at the minute of pressing. You don't necessarily need to press to win games of football. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. It's just a thing that gets thrown about." [@samuelluckhurst]

These people have a sickness. Bradley has never been good enough. He's also injury prone. Why are you obsessed with shit players? It's almost like you don't even understand what level you should be at to play for Liverpool football club.
When Bradley is back, I think we’ll all appreciate him a LOT more Although some people think he can improve going forward, he’s INSANE defensively 🔥
