Most founders on X have followers and no buyers.
Followers don't pay. Buyers do.
I help founders get buyers from X without chasing followers.
DM "brand" and I'll tell you if it's a fit.
Whether you are a entrepreneur, founder, 9 to 5 or student, NEVER SPEND TO IMPRESS.
I used to spend on to impress people i hated in school for their validation. I always ended up with no money saved.
Now im a full time founder i never spend to impress i only spend to save time, to learn, to test and to improve relationships.
Your future self will be let down if you spend your money on trying to impress others.
Don't know about anyone else but I hate working on my laptop trying to build. It doesn't matter what lights you have around you but you can never see your laptop keyboard late at night no matter how many lights you've got around you.
Mvp means minimal viable product
Not perfect product
Get it out there asap so you can get feedback and adapt and learn
If you're building on X and you want:
- inbound leads
- followers with purchasing power
- people to see you as an authority in your niche
you should constantly be showing people why you're worth listening to.
- results you've generated
- problems you've solved
- lessons from working with clients
- your approach to solving problems
- things you know that most in your industry get wrong
The more people see how you think and work, the easier it becomes for them to trust you with their business.
You can't convert anyone into a buyer if they don't need what you want and if the offer is bad.
Make sure the offer is good and true and that you are talking to the right people before you learn how to handle rejections.

Startups need you to say no.
I used to say yes to family traditions I never liked. Now I say no and focus on what moves me forward and what matters.
Every yes to something you don't care about is a no to your business.

Focus on collecting skills and experiences rather than money, and the money will come later.

Being broad kills businesses.
I help market businesses, and "marketing for everyone" means competing with millions of others.
Go niche and you're not in the crowd anymore. Example: a marketing service only for Cornish surf schools.
Fewer competitors. Easier to remember. Easier to recommend.
Sales data shows 79% of leads never convert at all. 40% to 60% of lost deals aren't lost to competitors. They are lost to prospects making no decision.
Learning to sell urgency, learning how to handle rejections, learning how to get them to buy no is so important.
