Having the WORST experience with @YodelOnline Was told my parcel would arrive on December 10th and it didn’t. Contacted them today and was told it would definitely be delivered tonight but it isn’t even out for delivery so that’s a lie! Also took over 2 hours to get through

@YodelOnline customer service is absolutely shocking! Said my parcel was arriving on December 10th and it didn’t, reached out today and was told my parcel would definitely be getting delivered this afternoon and IT HASN’T! It took 2 hours to get through to an operator too!
