We were delighted to participate in the recent Governor’s Workforce Development Summit in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where 13D’s Tamra James joined two panel discussions exploring economic growth, workforce development and the future of healthcare. During a discussion moderated by Governor Bryan, Tamra highlighted the importance of translating global partnerships and economic opportunities into tangible benefits for Virgin Islanders and local businesses. In a second panel focused on healthcare career advancement, she explored the implications of global demographic shifts, growing demand for home-based care and the importance of developing hybrid skills across healthcare, technology and data. Across both discussions, Tamra emphasized the need to prepare the next generation for the structural changes and opportunities shaping the global economy over the coming decade.
