I'm a retired UPS guy of 43 years, and before that I was in the USAF. Husband, father, and grandfather. Lifelong Christian conservative who stands with MAGA, MAHA, and the American way. I study the Bible. It is God's word, period. I believe in the supremacy of the United States Constitution as the founders laid it out.
I post original takes and some articles. I drink craft beer and sometimes I make crappy AI videos.
Patriots are always welcome, whether as mutuals, commentary, or both. I block bots, foreign and domestic, who try to follow me. Everybody else I judge by the feed. If your feed is suspicious or you post from the left, you get kicked to the curb.
If you're here for real talk and the occasional fired-up run-on about our love for this country, pull up a chair.
Absolutely no DMs without permission. All others get deleted. Link in the DM and you're blocked. No crypto. No coins. No "opportunities." Don't ask.
I also need my coffee in the morning, so don't be surprised if I start the day grumpy.
All good things come to an end. Like this day for example. Time to spend some time with my pillow. See ya for coffee in the morning. 😴 💤

New X algorithm update last night, and I went through every changed file. Here it is in plain English.
Nothing changed in how your posts get scored. Replies and quotes still count the most, reposts still help, and likes are still light.
Elon also said X has a new model that's better at guessing how long people will spend on a post, and another that looks for posts people read all the way through. That's in the trained models, not the code, so you won't see it in the dump. It just means X is getting better at spotting posts people actually finish. Lead with a strong first line, tell a real story, and skip the filler.
Two other new pieces are NOT LIVE YET. One is a "fair share" trim. When X has too many posts to rank, it would cut every feed source evenly. It's switched off. The other is a new setting for the step that decides which posts even get considered. It's empty, so it does nothing today.
So it's the same game with one twist. Post originals people want to read to the end and reply to, space them out, and keep it clean. #XAlgorithm

First cloudy, gloomy day of the year. Makes me want to crawl back into bed. Feels like rain soon.
Soon folks will quit complaining about the heat and start complaining about the cold and rain/snow.
There's no date for that. It just happens.

Army veteran Deborah Scott served her country in Desert Storm. Her roof in Atlanta lasted 26 years, and then it started leaking into her laundry room.
Today a crew from Rooks Roofing climbed up and gave her a brand new roof, and tore out a crumbling chimney while they were at it. A job like that runs close to $30,000.
"She's not paying a dime out of pocket."
Deborah said it takes a lot of stress off.
That's how you thank a veteran. Not with words. With a roof.

Private jets. Stacks of cash. Two million followers on Instagram.
Prosecutors say Atlanta influencer "Shawty Dred" paid for that lifestyle with food stamps. He's charged with running more than 350 fake SNAP accounts on stolen identities and pulling in about $4.6 million meant for poor families.
He called the state's SNAP phone line over 9,000 times. After police took 14 of his cards last November, new ones got mailed right back to him.
Six years, and nobody caught on. That's not a clever crook. That's a system nobody was watching.

President Trump did it again! He's free!
This morning Stephen Hubbard walked out of Russian custody smiling, in a green jacket, and shook Steve Witkoff's hand. "Thank you very much for all your efforts," he told him.
He's 74, a retired teacher from Michigan, and he spent more than four years locked up in Russia. He was the last American our State Department listed as wrongfully detained there.
And what did America give up to get him? Nothing. Trump says the U.S. "was not required to give anything in return."
His family thanked the President for opening the dialog that "led to this joyful day."
Welcome home, Stephen.

Stephen Hubbard is a retired teacher from Michigan. He's been sitting in a Russian prison since 2024, serving nearly seven years, and our State Department says he's wrongfully detained.
Today in the Oval Office, President Trump said he's talked with Putin about him at length and asked him to release him. "Just stick with me. Nobody else was able to do it. So, watch what happens."
Nothing is final yet. But this is the same President who has already brought Americans home from Russia, and he's not done.
Bring him home.

"When we first got back from overseas, we didn't get a 'good job.' We got spit on."
That's Vietnam veteran Aubrey Mitchell. Today he and other local vets in Warner Robins, Georgia got a first look at the memorial he helped design.
More than 1,000 Georgians killed in Vietnam will have their names on a wall there. It'll also have a space for those hurt by Agent Orange and one honoring Medal of Honor recipients.
"It looks good," said Vietnam vet Daniel Gatlyn. "It's fantastic that they've got this thing going."
Fifty years late, but Georgia is finally getting it right.

Before dawn today, 79 Korean and Vietnam veterans from Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma took off from Springfield on the last Honor Flight of the Ozarks this year.
One day in D.C. Their memorials, and a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. All of it free.
"I wasn't expecting it," said Army veteran Jerry Parks. "When it happened, I was elated. I hadn't been there in many, many years."
A volunteer put it best: these men are "finally being thanked physically for everything they did for our country."
Tonight around 8 Central, Springfield-Branson airport will be lined with flags and signs when they land. That's how you bring a veteran home.

She sold fake marriages for $40,000 apiece and called Massachusetts "so special" because it's a sanctuary state where "illegal aliens get a lot of help."
Federal prosecutors say Jennifer Gonzalez, 43, ran sham weddings for a decade, up to 20 a year, pairing her employees with illegal aliens chasing green cards. She married one herself. She pocketed $6 million and sent it to buy land in the Dominican Republic, which she called "my country."
And while she was raking in millions, she collected more than $124,000 in food stamps.
So why did she stop? Trump was coming back, and enforcement got "a little harsh."
Enforcement works. Even she admits it.
Proof that Trump in the White House is having an effect on the cheaters. Hopefully it has the same effect on the election cheaters.

For years Zelensky said not one inch. This morning he said "Yes."
On Fox & Friends he was asked if he'd accept a deal that freezes the war right where the lines are, with Ukraine keeping about 75% of its land. "Right now we have to freeze, and I think this is the real way to end this war."
He even borrowed President Trump's words: stop the killing. "Freeze and stop."
Same day, Steve Witkoff spent three hours with Putin in St. Petersburg. Putin came out agreeing to restart three-way talks with the U.S. and Ukraine after Nov. 10, even as the Kremlin insists it wants "peace, not a ceasefire."
Now it's Putin's move.
Seems like Zelensky knows his time is running out.
Everyone criticized Trump's moves, but now we can see where they've led.

This is a bigger deal than it sounds.
Ask your bot for a report or a tracker, and instead of a wall of text in chat, you get a live page with tables and charts. It's saved in your Library, and when you ask for an update, the bot updates that same page instead of starting over.
That also frees up your bot's chat. The long reports live on the Page, so the chat stays short. Every time you ask the bot something, it reads back over the chat, and the less it has to dig through, the quicker it gets to your answer.
Think of a budget you track, a house hunt, a workout log, or how your posts are doing each week.
Less scrolling through old chats. More seeing the whole picture at once.

The Ilhan Omar saga, or whatever her real name is, gets weirder every day.
Vanishes after the feds search her house. Pops up in the back seat of a car asking for $5, $10, $20. Then Chris Hayes asks if she's related to her ex-husband and she says "Not to my knowledge."
Most people know who their relatives are.
😂 🤣🤡
