Santi started ok, but he's now becoming as dismissive, disinterested and borderline disrespectful as Adami was. His initial enthusiasm has been replaced with a cultural tone that's been present in the background the whole time. Happens at many places of work...

I think it’s pretty clear.
Pick one! My message to Mclaren and Ferrari. Back one of the drivers and make it clear to the other one

Seems unbelievable this can happen by mistake. Not saying it’s not a simple mistake. Just saying it’s hard to believe.
(it.motorsport.com/f1/news/f1…)

I know… weird how Ferrari couldn’t get it right until the final stint when Charles was comfortably out of reach…
This race is exactly like Silverstone. The only reason Lewis was slow in the first stints is because of understeer. The moment the wings got adjusted to his liking the hards, he was right back on pace. Shame because the podium/win was very possible.

I guess Ferrari felt confident to give Lewis the correct amount of front wing for the final stint…
santi was right.... it was mathematically possible and his hard stint has been by far the best one...

She's a poor example, being that she turns up to support Lewis. Would he criticise all wives and girlfriends that have turned up over the years?

Didn’t watch, but well done Lewis and team for presumably figuring out the problem with the car overnight. I’d say commiserations to Fred and the wider Ferrari family, but… early days. 😅

From time to time, Lewis tries to take responsibility and he thanks everyone for their efforts even when the team has failed... but it's too late. It doesn't heal wounds, it just makes them all respect him less. It's a no-win situation.

Or maybe I'm projecting, and he'll have a wonderful FP3 and Quali, and be fully supported and set up for success during the race... Rather than strategically compromised to a point that he feels he's so unsupported that he needs to completely go against team strategy.

A lot of people seem surprised that only one Ferrari is working. Why are you surprised? Have you not been watching? I thought we all expected exactly this, no? 🤷‍♂️ Ferrari’s been pretty clear about their intentions.

It could also be repaired, @fia. So instead of yet another acknowledgement that the 2021 title is illegitimate (which we all know at this point), perhaps correct the 'mistake'. Why not? No one respects that title? Not even Max's fans. In fact, especially Max's fans.
🚨 | Ben Sulayem on Abu Dhabi 2021: "This promise was done. What happened in Abu Dhabi in 2021 could have been avoided." The FIA and F1 have officially launched ROC 3.0, the Remote Operations Centre set up after Abu Dhabi to support race control, with around 14 analysts, AI tools and over 140 audio and video feeds. 📰 @wearetherace

Reminder to dumbasses, that Lewis, or any racing pensioner, has no obligation to make way for youngsters. This is motorsport, not kids waiting in line at a fairground. Talent comes first (and occasionally/frequently financial backing. Or your father buying you a whole team).

"Surprise drop in UK unemployment" There you go @Helen_Whately, the plan is working. No need to disingenuously and dangerously pursue a reduction in welfare payments as a method to push the jobless and vulnerable into work. You can now retire. 👍 theguardian.com/business/202…

If I said you, “Any driver participating must wear a helmet.” How would you interpret that? Would you expect to see some of the drivers not wearing helmets, because “any” doesn’t mean “all”? Or are you normal? #F1 #AbuDhabiScandal #AD21

Christian Horner: “I consider 2021 to be Lewis” Basically.
Christian Horner admits they put pressure on Michael Masi to break the rules in AD 2021: "In all honesty, that day Lewis's race pace was better. Max couldn't hang on." "He [Masi] originally said no, the cars can't unlap... But by putting pressure on him, he agreed"

This embarrassment is never going away. It’s a constant stain on #F1. The @fia should just repair it.
