On this day, two years ago, self-described "still free thug" Kristofer McDonald, 20, brutally killed Lori Wind, 54, on the Summerville, SC, walking/biking trail. Her husband barely survived.
McDonald is getting a FREE PASS. Despite blasting the couple at point blank range with four rounds of buck shot, as they screamed in terror, he is being allowed to claim that he was just "illegally deer hunting in a residential neighborhood" and it was a "hunting accident."
This is #NotSatire. This is one of the most extreme FREE PASSES for a killer I have ever seen.

Bodycam Shows Jacksonville Deputies Return Fire After Woman Shoots at Patrol Car
JSO has released bodycam footage from an Oct. 11 shooting in Northside Jacksonville.
According to JSO, 34-year-old Chau Duncan fired at the door of a JSO patrol car, and deputies returned fire.
The deputies had seconds to react to a gunshot aimed at their car, and they did what they're trained to do.

19-YEAR-OLD'S MOTHER OUTRAGED AFTER DEMOCRATIC JUDGE SENTENCES KILLER TO 10 YEARS
A Houston mother is expressing severe outrage after 25-year-old Ivan Livingston was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the fatal shooting of her daughter, 19-year-old Treasure Burton. The victim was celebrating her birthday when Livingston shot her directly in the heart from the sunroof of a vehicle, killing her almost instantly. While the case was initially investigated as murder, it was ultimately reduced to manslaughter.
Democratic Judge Lorie Chambers Gray of the 262nd Criminal District Court handed down the 10-year term out of a maximum possible 20 years, noting that the defendant showed remorse. The victim's mother sharply criticized the judge's courtroom demeanor, stating she appeared completely inattentive and ignored critical evidence. Specifically, while out on bond for the killing, Livingston was arrested at the Galleria Mall while intoxicated and carrying a loaded firearm. With credit for 19 months of time already served, Livingston will become eligible for parole consideration in approximately three years.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that ICE just finished a 10-day statewide operation in Texas that resulted in the arrests of 4,170 illegal aliens, an average of 400+ per day and some of the largest daily numbers the agency has ever seen for a single state.
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin will hold a press conference in Dallas, TX at 4pm ET to announce the operation, which was called Lone Star Mission, and he will reveal some of the most egregious illegal aliens arrested during the operation.

EXCLUSIVE: University Hockey Captain Killed in Wrong Way Collision With Twice-Deported Mexican Illegal in Sanctuary Connecticut
A beloved member of the University of New Haven community was killed in a head-on collision with a driver who is in the U.S. illegally, federal authorities have confirmed with Border Hawk.
The tragedy unfolded at around 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 16 in North Haven, Connecticut.
Ryan O’Shea, 21, was driving southbound on Interstate 91 when a pickup truck traveling in the wrong direction slammed into his Honda Accord, causing his vehicle to strike two SUVs, Connecticut State Police (CSP) explained in an accident summary.
O’Shea, who was on his way back to campus after playing in a hockey game, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the pickup truck, who suffered “serious life-threatening injuries,” was identified as 31-year-old Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a resident of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, after he illegally entered the country. Carmona-Lopez was issued an expedited removal and was removed from the country,” the Department of Homeland Security told us.
“He then illegally reentered the country near the Rio Grande Valley after being removed—a felony—and was once again arrested by Border Patrol in May 2013. Carmona-Lopez was issued a final order of removal on May 30, 2013. He then reentered the country at an unknown time and place.”
It is currently unclear if Carmona-Lopez will face charges in connection with the crash.
A resident of Stony Point, New York, O’Shea served as senior assistant captain of the university’s club hockey team and also chapter president of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.
He was studying criminal justice with a concentration in police science and aspired to work for the New York Police Department.
“Ryan was not only a great leader, but he was a caring friend to anyone around him. He always knew how to light up a room and make people laugh, no matter the time. Ryan’s leadership and the memories he has made will never be forgotten,” Kappa Sigma wrote in an Instagram post memorializing O’Shea.
Ryan’s sisters said he “always found a way to make everything positive.”
“He was always trying to go out of the way to help others and include them in new spaces if they didn’t know anyone,” Kiera O’Shea stated.
Two memorial scholarships have been established in Ryan O’Shea’s name. Contributions can be made here.

Almost everything Obama says during this interview is in direct contradiction to the intelligence report that he had just recently received about interference in the 2016 election.
Obama had just received a report informing him that attempted election interference was negligible at best, had no impact, and that it wasn't being directed from the Russian government.

NEW: Yesterday, @CalMatters published a sympathetic profile on a “Fresno father” who was “suddenly” deported by ICE to MX. He told the outlet he’s not a criminal & doesn’t know why he was targeted.
However, I’m told by federal sources that he has been deported from the U.S. five times before, he has an active deportation order, he has pending felony aggravated assault charges from November 2025, he has decades old convictions for DUI w/ bodily injury & negligent discharge of a firearm that resulted in prison sentences, and he admitted in a consensual interview w/ ICE that he’s been a member of the Fresno Bulldogs street gang.
I’m told his real name is LUIS ALBERTO ARREGUIN-VILLA, and he was previously deported from the US in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2003, and 2005, and that he admitted in an interview that he last crossed illegally into the U.S. in 2005 near San Ysidro, CA.
Under federal law, illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony via 8 USC 1326. He has illegally re-entered at least five times.
