There are now 3 seperate Ola transactions on my account for taking one ride!! They have refunded the fare that we never booked, but somehow wasted my discount voucher on - but the hold for the full fare amount is still being held on my card. Never again using @Ola_Australia .
Beware @Ola_Australia App seems a bit buggy. They double charged my sister, who had a $20 voucher. They've applied the voucher to a ride we never took and not to the one we did take! So they've refunded $20 less than she should be entitled too #nothappy #stickwithuber
