This is the worst customer service ever! Every day our internet speed is slow or not working. I waited tonight 45 min to chat with customer service - at the end i was told I would be charged $80 for a technician to come over and then we got disconnected and back to zero
Great! And now can we have the city’s drain and sewage system be updated. Every year, our streets are flooded, ever year people get trapped and in danger.
