I would prefer a female economy. I'm bloody sick of useless toxic men. It is mentally illiterate to think you are conserving energy if you have net positive use of fossil fuel energy.
No one can object to conserving energy but the drive to Net Zero is the economic emasculation of the British economy. Utter lunacy
Tories instituted this drive, Labour will take it to another level

But not into Sue-Ellen de Fasch repeatedly trying to implement UK laws that she knows are illegal under international law?
The Solicitors Regulation Authority is looking at a former in-house solicitor for Mirror Group Newspapers, according to the Law Society Gazette, after the recent Prince Harry judgment found he "would have been aware" of unlawful activity. lawgazette.co.uk/news/ex-mir…
It's their decisions having time to take effect that we're worried about. Their decisions regularly result in deaths.

Oxford? Are they developing immunity to Thames tidal water, in preparation for The Boat Race? That level of technical innovation makes you proud to be from Plague Island. How many Eton lads are in the crew this year, "taking one for the team"?

Surprise! Defund the disgraceful antisemitic BBC. Once a bastion of truth, now a shambles of woke eejits. 🤮
Maybe British people who thought "Global Warming" sounded quite nice will finally get their act together and end our addiction to oil. I hear the auction price of 'premier models' has collapsed at car auctions. "Flogging dead horsepower"? The markets have spoken.
Ended my overnight shift at Paddington Station for @BBCBreakfast this morning. Grateful to the staff who let us stand under cover and really I feel for those whose journeys are impacted by floods #stormhenk

Both Covid and flu admissions to hospitals increased in the last two weeks. Flu up 33% this week, with more admissions than from Covid, which is up 8%.
Concurrent waves of Covid and flu are piling pressure onto a hospital system which appears not to have the capacity to cope.
If your parents have spare capital to lend/give you. It's that inherited merit of the Tory 'meritocracy' again. Most young people's money goes straight to their predatory private landlord.
It's nice that they get to see their spoiled children perform. Who else can afford to train as an actor, artist or musician supermarket shelves won't stack themselves (yet!)?

"Well bollocks to that".
That's a good response to most of the 'government's recent bullshit takes on almost everything. The crime rate may have dropped but not inside the Tory Party.
