MAIL BALLOT DEBACLE:
WHO PAYS?
Tulare County’s 7,791 duplicate ballot recipients are one example of failures in ballot printing and mailing that extend across vendors and states.
Here is a sample of the documented record:
- ProVote — Santa Clara, 2010: More than 100,000 mail ballots initially rejected by scanners amid printing smudges.
- Runbeck — Sacramento, 2014: 232 voters received mismatched ballots and envelopes.
- K&H — San Joaquin, 2022: Blurred barcodes caused scanners to reject 25–30% of returned mail ballots being processed at the time of reporting.
- IVS — Mendocino, 2024: Incorrect ballots went to nearly all voters in a county with approximately 52,600 registered voters. The state subsequently decertified the vendor.
- Fort Orange Press — Colorado, 2024: Printing defects affected three counties. Moffat reported that every mailed ballot was affected.
- ES&S — Pennsylvania, 2025: 545 Scranton voters received ballots from the wrong year.
These are different failures, each requiring correction and accountability.
OUTSOURCING THE WORK DOES NOT OUTSOURCE THE RESPONSIBILITY.
The consequences reach voters’ rights. Mendocino’s audit found 137 voters cast ballots missing their district’s supervisor race. The auditor could not determine whether the error changed the outcome.
The financial oversight also deserves scrutiny: California’s State Auditor found Santa Clara did not seek reimbursement for six of seven vendor errors reviewed from 2010 through 2016.
Who paid for the reprints, postage and additional staff? What did vendors actually reimburse? How do these failures affect their next contract?
Publish the costs, reimbursements and corrective actions. Explain how affected voters were protected.
Taxpayers deserve an accounting. Voters deserve the correct ballot in time to use it.
THE BISH REPORT — TRUTH. FACTS. ACCOUNTABILITY.

So "Documenting" is the new word for interfering with law enforcement? California is a sad mad state...
Police in Woodland, California -- northwest of Sacramento -- are reviewing video after an ICE agent's vehicle struck a pedestrian who said he was documenting immigration enforcement activity in a neighborhood on Tuesday morning. More here: abc7news.com/19963226/ abc7ne.ws/A5nfAa

People don't realize how bad the Autism Fraud in MN really is...
Asha Hassan's Smart Therapy got $14 Million from Medicaid,(she pleaded guilty) and prosecutors say parents were paid $300-$1,500 a month PER KID to sign up
The Feds say there was "no child" they couldn't get qualified
Their "therapists"? Often 18 and 19 year old relatives w/ no training
Oh and families would leave for other centers offering bigger kickbacks...
EIDBI went from $600K in 2018 to over $400 MILLION by 2025
Every one of those dollars was supposed to help a kid who really needs it
What a clown show
Dr. Oz says Minnesota’s autism programs were exploited through alleged fraud, with mothers reportedly offered $1,500 per child to falsely claim an autism diagnosis.
He says $500 million in federal funding has been deferred while questionable expenses are investigated.
The consequences go beyond taxpayer money. Children and families who genuinely need support could be the ones who suffer.
It was this guy.
Then the Legacy Media wanted to hide this photo and his motive.
Elon Musk fired this man for attacking a woman who stepped on his prayer rug.
Three months later, Ndiaga Diagne murdered three innocent people in downtown Austin.
The warning signs were right there and Tesla acted on them. Our immigration system never did.
Screen who we let in, or keep burying Americans.

A woman who grew up in France just watched her hometown Limoges burn during the protests
She says she’s not surprised because the immigrants there hate White people and the native France. She says a Muslim man tried to marry her when she was 12 and would stalk her every day
“When I went to that school here, Collège de Ventadour, it was already a nightmare because we were getting beaten just for being Catholic or white or like the French@
She says they call White people and the native French derogatory names in addition to beating them
When I was 12 years old when I was there, this guy Ali — a 20-l year-old man, wanted to marry me, a 12-year-old girl, and was waiting for me outside the school every single ******* day. I had to hide because this guy was harassing me”
“Why am I not surprised this is happening in my hometown now? Because those inbreds are now the ones who reproduce and got more inbreds that are the ones in the street right now. Burning everything and burning this beautiful, beautiful piece of history”
Islam is not compatible with Western Civilization
A country is its people. If you import third world foreigners and Muslims, that’s the society you turn into. If you import Muslims who have 4-7+ kids each eventually they will our breed you
There are even Muslim families that have over 10 kids per family. It’s insane. There are multiple countries where 6 children is the average
They all need to be mass deported

🚨 MINNESOTA: You have a real shot at FIRING Keith Ellison this year.
The latest SurveyUSA poll has Ellison at 45% and Republican Ron Schutz at 44%. That's a dead heat.
Michele Tafoya is only 3 points behind Peggy Flanagan for the Senate seat.
Tim Walz is gone, and Lisa Demuth can make sure his party doesn't just hand the keys to Amy Klobuchar.
President Trump is right. Every Republican vote counts in this state.
Early voting runs through Monday, November 2.
Go vote. Bring your neighbors.
DO IT.

If Gavin Newsom hadn't forced two major refineries to close, and Dems hadn't added 63.4¢ of taxes per gallon of gas, and if California didn't require a unique, fuel blend known as California Reformulated Gasoline (CaRFG) that has to be shipped from the Middle East or South America, via rerouted shipments from the U.S. Gulf Coast through the Bahamas, our gas prices would be A LOT cheaper.
Since Trump started his illegal Iran war, families in the Inland Empire have paid $896 more in gas costs.
That’s money that could go towards rent, putting food on the table or paying bills.
This war must end now.

Costs did not rise 1,000% because care got 1,000% better.
They rose because Obamacare forced the healthy to subsidize the sick, banned cheaper plans, replaced competition with regulation and subsidies, and hid prices.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨
Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution.
Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone.
The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T.
R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that.
R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative.
Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A.
It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth.
You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to.
Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants.
As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them.
Important to understand:
The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.
