"How do I get off every political campaign's text list?" The Do Not Call list doesn't cover political texts. Reply STOP to each one, since campaigns are supposed to honor it. Looks like spam? Forward it to 7726. More plain-English tips at savvy31.com 馃挏

Someone was asked at an appointment, "Is it okay if I use Heidi to transcribe?" and found out later it's AI. If your doctor or therapist wants an AI note-taker, it's fair to ask what it is and where your words go. And it's okay to say no. 馃尭

A clip of Sam Altman is making the rounds again: he told Jimmy Fallon he asked ChatGPT if it was normal his 6-month-old wasn't crawling yet. Honestly? Same energy as my 11pm worries. AI is great for "is this normal?" Bring the real stuff to your pediatrician.

People are having Grok Bot go through everyone they follow and flag the dead accounts. One person checked 7,498 follows and found 755 quiet for 6+ months. Perfect boring job to hand off. My rule: it makes the list, you decide who goes. 馃挏

"How do I erase what ChatGPT knows about me?" Two steps. In Settings, open Personalization, then Memory, and delete it. Then delete the chat where you shared it. Deleting just the chat isn't enough. Not sure what it knows? Ask it: "What do you remember about me?" 馃挏

Someone asked: "Is it safe to sign into my personal accounts in my bot's browser?" Honestly? Start with one account, not all of them. Turn on two-step login, keep it read-only where you can, and have it ask before it buys or sends. More at savvy31.com 馃尭

Starting today, Sweden's government offices block ChatGPT and Claude on staff computers and steer people to Microsoft Copilot, over data security. The lesson for the rest of us: before you paste client info or account numbers into any AI chat, check its privacy settings.

Grok Bot can now call a business for you, make your request, take notes, and send you a summary. Goodbye, hold music. 馃摓 My rule for the first few calls: you pick who it calls and what it's allowed to say. Then hand it the boring ones.

A beginner asked: "Which AI tool should I start with?" Pick any of the big ones and give it a real job you already know, like rewriting an email or planning dinners. Then check what it got wrong. The habit matters more than the app. 馃挏

"I just got an AI assistant. What should I have it do?" Don't guess. Tell it: "Interview me about my week and find one annoying thing you can take off my plate." Answer its questions, then start with that one job. Beginner tips at savvy31.com 馃挏

Someone asked: "What's the difference between chatting with Grok and Grok Bot?" Chat answers when you ask. Grok Bot keeps working after you close the app: inbox, reminders, follow-ups. One talks, one does. Beginner guide at savvy31.com 馃尭

Someone asked: "Should I let my bot use my money to buy what I ask for?" Start small. Set a spending cap, have it ask before every order, and test it on boring reorders like printer ink. Trust gets earned. More at savvy31.com 馃尭

Walmart is about to let AI assistants shop for you, with a spending limit you set and approval on every order. Your card stays hidden. Honestly? That's how I want it. Let the bot restock the paper towels, but I still say yes before it buys. 馃洅

Some paying Claude users got locked out this week and lost access to months of chats and custom instructions. Gentle reminder: don't let your bot's brain live in one app. Keep your best prompts and instructions in a doc you own. 10 minutes, done. 馃摑
