Welcome to WriteInRalph.com. We are an independent grassroots project helping South Carolina Voters understand the write-in option for Ralph Norman! Ralph Norman is the name on the write-in line, but this movement is about something much bigger than one man. It’s about every South Carolinian who believes their voice still matters, their vote still belongs to them, and they don’t have to simply accept the choices handed down by the political establishment. In that sense, we are all Ralph. This is about standing up, speaking out, and reminding those in power that the final decision still belongs to the people.

Darline was specifically asked if she was pro life, that’s a yes or no answer. Instead, she said she supported South Carolina’s abortion laws. That’s not the same thing as clearly stating where you stand on the issue. Voters have every right to expect a candidate to answer a straightforward question about her principles and positions without hiding behind a reference to state law.

Calling it a petty protest vote doesn’t make it one. It was a principled decision to refuse to blindly accept a candidate simply because the party establishment says we should. Perhaps instead of attacking conservatives who refused to fall in line, you should be asking why so many Republicans felt abandoned by their own party in the first place. The SCGOP made questionable decisions, the rules were bent, millions were poured into a runoff, and Democrats were encouraged to participate in that open runoff. Yet somehow the people who object to the process are the problem? Let’s get something straight: conservatives don’t owe anyone their vote. A vote is earned, not owed. If the Republican Party is worried about losing the Senate, perhaps it should spend less time attacking its own conservative base and more time earning back its trust. Don’t blame the voters for holding their party accountable. That’s called having principles, not being petty.

There was millions of Dem dollars poured into Nordone’s runoff campaign. You know it was an open runoff election and democrats voted and were encouraged to vote for Nordone because Andrews had a better chance to beat her not Norman . At the time of the runoff Norman was up in the polls to beat Andrews by 8 to 10%, Nordone only 1 to 2%.

The SC candidates are dismal to say the least.

An endorsement in a primary is rare. Serious cash behind it is rarer. It’s not charity — it’s an investment with a return expected in kind. Trump endorsed twenty-five Senate primary candidates, building a favor bank across Senate races that put red states at risk of flipping blue. If the Senate is lost, the fault lies not with those who voted their conscience, but with the man who enriched himself at the favor bank. He’s made a reckless gamble that could turn on him and take the Republic down with it. #WriteInRalphNorman

Well, it’s about time Darline is going to be on with Corey. Unfortunately, this conversation is coming about three weeks too late. Now, I’d like to address the elephant in the room, because I don’t believe we can simply pretend the process leading to Darline’s nomination didn’t raise some very serious questions. The SCGOP changed its eligibility rules regarding who could appear on the ballot, and the application of those rules raised serious questions about Darline ability to be on the ballot. Millions of dollars poured into Darline’s runoff campaign, raising legitimate questions about the influence of outside money and establishment interests. The runoff was an open election, and Democrats were encouraged to participate in choosing the Republican nominee. This process offended conservatives ! Did you, McGrath, or others in your position call out Drew or even have a conversation with him about Graham’s eligibility to be on the ballot? The campaign became increasingly divisive, with serious allegations and attacks that left many conservative voters questioning the integrity and direction of the process. So here are my questions: Where is the accountability? Where is the acknowledgment that many conservative voters have legitimate reasons to be disappointed and distrustful of how this nomination unfolded? And why are those of us raising these concerns being criticized, dismissed, or accused of helping the opposition simply because we refuse to remain silent? Conservatives have every right to question the process, speak out, demand transparency, and expect better from their party. That is not disloyalty. That is accountability. The Republican Party cannot continually expect the loyalty of its conservative base while dismissing the very people who have worked, voted, volunteered, and supported it. A party that wants to unite its voters must first be willing to listen to them. Unity cannot be demanded; it must be earned.

Calling people who exercise their constitutional right to vote according to their conscience “useful idiots” says far more about your respect for fellow conservatives than it does about this movement. And where exactly are you getting this nonsense? Communists? Seriously? We are about as far from communists as you can get. Disagreeing with the establishment and refusing to blindly fall in line does not make someone a communist. It makes them an independent-minded voter who still believes in principles. You certainly don’t get to dictate how the rest of us vote or shame us because we refuse to fall in line. A write-in vote for Ralph Norman is a deliberate choice. It is a statement that our votes are earned, not owed, and that we will not blindly accept a candidate simply because the establishment tells us to. And this tired argument that writing in Ralph somehow means supporting Andrews is nothing more than an attempt to intimidate voters into abandoning their convictions. We are not useful idiots. We are conservatives who believe principles matter, our voices matter, and our votes belong to us — not the SCGOP, not Washington, and certainly not you. A vote is earned not owed!

Voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. Not voting is not fighting evil. Voting your conscience isn’t throwing your vote away. It is fighting evil. They demand we vote for the “lesser of two evils” and not vote for who we prefer because even a little evil builds up. One 1% better or worse every day adds up quickly.
