My choice is to pay as little taxes as possible. The only people who are sore about it are: 1. Renters 2. Young (under 30) 3. Liberal. My advice is to do something constructive so you won’t be an eternal renter. Start a business, side hustle or trade school. Better yourself.

One of my favorite things in R&B is when the song reaches its final chorus, but the singers are just getting started. The lead starts improvising, the background vocals answer back, and the band keeps the groove going. Sometimes that last minute is the best part of the entire record.
