Find the 90 / 10 solution - 找到90%问题与10%解决方案的平衡 5. Find 10-100 customers who love your product - 找到10到100个热爱你产品的客户 6. All startups are badly broken at some point - 所有初创公司在某个时刻都会遇到严重问题 7. Write code - talk to users - 编写代码 - 与用户交流 8. "It’s not your money" - “这不是你的钱” 9. Growth is the result of a great product not the precursor - 成长是优秀产品的自然结果，而非先决条件 10.
