🚨 INSIDER FROM ISRAEL’S ACADEMIC ELITE BLOWS THE WHISTLE
Asaf Lerman, a senior Israeli architect and longtime academic, is publicly accusing parts of Israel’s academic, cultural and “human rights” establishment of helping build the intellectual infrastructure used to delegitimize Israel abroad.
The screenshot below shows dozens of Israeli civil-society organizations publicly standing behind the creators of the film “NZA.” Among them: Bimkom – Planners for Planning Rights.
He focuses on Bimkom as a case study.
According to the figures he cites:
• Roughly NIS 5.2 million in donations in 2024
• Around NIS 4.9 million — 94% — came from abroad
• Funders include European governments, EU bodies, UN-linked institutions and foreign NGOs
• Around NIS 3.7 million of its budget goes to salaries
• Senior figures connected to the organization have explicitly used frameworks such as “settler colonialism” and “settler-colonial urbanism” to describe Israel
His accusation is bigger than one NGO:
Parts of Israel’s own academic elite are creating the language — “settler colonialism,” “colonialism,” “racism” — that is then exported to universities, NGOs and activists abroad and used to challenge Israel’s legitimacy.
And he says he knows the system because he comes from it himself.
His warning:
“The world increasingly sees Israel the way this irresponsible elite describes it. Once we could remain silent. Today we cannot.”

Adjacent to the home of one of the Palestinian gunmen who carried out Friday's deadly shooting attack in the West Bank city of Hebron, IDF troops located an underground passageway, the military says.
The military says the tunnel found in Hebron had no exit, and is located deep within the West Bank city, not posing a threat to any Israeli settlements in the area.
The excavation is found to be approximately 15 meters deep and 75 centimeters wide, the army says.
Additionally, the IDF says that an "electronic device" found inside the tunnel was taken for investigation.
The military says the tunnel was found during scans of over 500 buildings and structures in Hebron, amid an ongoing operation in the neighborhood where the two gunmen lived.
The raid has displaced over 2,000 Palestinian residents of the area.
So far during the operation, the IDF says it has apprehended some 50 suspects for questioning, and seized just two guns.

Let me take you back to Moscow, 1983.
On March 29, 1983, the Soviet Communist Party approved a KGB proposal to establish the Soviet Anti-Zionist Committee.
Just one year earlier, Mahmoud Abbas, today’s Palestinian Authority President, had defended his doctoral thesis in Moscow, promoting Holocaust distortion and conspiracy theories about Zionist collaboration with the Nazis.
Both emerged from the same Soviet environment of anti-Zionist propaganda.
The committee’s mission was simple: demonize Zionism, discredit Israel, and spread the Kremlin’s narrative worldwide.
But the KGB had a clever strategy.
They deliberately placed Jews at the head of the organization to deflect accusations of antisemitism.
Led by Soviet Jewish General David Dragunsky and supervised by the KGB and Communist Party’s Propaganda Department, the committee became a propaganda machine.
Here is how it worked:
1. Compare Zionists to Nazis. Pravda accused Israel of using Nazi methods and operating concentration camps.
2. Manufacture Jewish opposition to Israel. Soviet media promoted supposed letters from Jewish emigrants claiming they had been deceived by Zionist propaganda.
3. Stage international press conferences. Committee leaders accused Israel of adopting Nazi practices, while TASS and Novosti amplified their accusations worldwide.
4. Export propaganda worldwide. The Soviet Union used international media, publications, foreign language broadcasts, and propaganda networks to spread its anti-Zionist narratives across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, turning a Kremlin campaign into a global messaging operation.
5. Give propaganda academic credibility. In 1985, the committee published a 300-page White Book portraying Zionism as a global conspiracy and Israel as an instrument of American imperialism.
Meanwhile, the same Soviet regime restricted Jewish emigration and persecuted Jews who wanted to leave for Israel.
Think about that.
More than 40 years ago, the KGB was systematically manufacturing the accusations we hear against Israel today.
Zionism equals Nazism. Israel is an apartheid regime. Zionists manipulate governments. Even Jews supposedly reject Zionism.
Today, these narratives circulate across university campuses, demonstrations, social media, and mainstream political debates.
Perhaps one of the greatest successes of Soviet propaganda is that millions of people today believe they arrived at these ideas entirely on their own.
Before repeating the next accusation about Zionism, ask yourself one question: Who taught the world to think this way?

בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים הורה להעביר את פנחס (חסי) רן, רבש״צ רכס גדעונים, למעצר בית. בהחלטתו התייחס השופט לשירותו הצבאי, להיעדר עבר פלילי, להמלצות מפקדיו וללוחמים שאת חייהם הציל בקרב. בנוסף דחה את טענת הפרקליטות בדבר חשש לשיבוש הליכי משפט.
בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים קיבל את בקשת סנגוריו של פנחס (חסי) רן, עו"ד נתי רום ועו"ד משה פולסקי מטעם ארגון 'חוננו', אשר יצגו בדיון את רבש״צ רכס גדעונים בשומרון, והורה להעבירו למעצר בית ברמת הגולן.
הדיון התקיים אתמול בנוכחות למעלה ממאה תומכים, וביניהם חבריו לצוות בהם אלישע מדן שסיפר לבית המשפט כיצד חסי הציל את חייו ואת חייו חבריו, לוחמים רבים, רבש״צים, וח״כ לימור סון הר מלך, לצד חה"כ צבי סוכות אשר ביקר את הרבש"צ זמן קצר לאחר הדיון.
רן, לוחם קומנדו במילואים, אח שכול ואב לשלושה, נעצר בעקבות אירוע ירי סמוך לכפר עקרבא. לטענתו, הירי בוצע באוויר לאחר שרכב ניסה לדרוס אותו ואת הלוחם שהיה עמו.
בהחלטתו ציין השופט אלעד פרסקי כי “אין ראיה אובייקטיבית המלמדת מה התרחש בעת שהרכב והריינג’ר עברו זה מול זה”, והתייחס לגרסאות הסותרות של המעורבים.
השופט הדגיש כי רן, בן 37, נעדר כל עבר פלילי, למרות שירותו הביטחוני באזור רווי חיכוכים. “מטבע הדברים הוא חשוף באופן תדיר לפוטנציאל לחיכוך ועל כן העדר כל עבר פלילי אומר דרשני”, כתב.
בהחלטה הובאו מכתבי המלצה ממפקדיו בהם קב”ט גב ההר וממפקדיו במילואים. השופט התייחס לשירותו של רן במשך למעלה מ-600 ימי מילואים, לחילוץ פצועים והצלת חיים תחת אש, ולכך ששב להילחם לאחר נפילת אחיו, סרן אור יוסף רן הי”ד, בשבעה באוקטובר. עוד ציין את האירועים הקשים שחווה במהלך המלחמה ואת השפעתם על הקושי שבהמשך מעצרו.
בית המשפט אף התייחס לכך שהמשטרה המתינה כשלושה שבועות לפני מעצרו, אף שהיה אחראי על עשרות כלי נשק. בהחלטה צוטט נציג המשטרה שאמר כי “לא היה חשש שהוא הולך לבצע אירוע נוסף”.
במהלך הדיון התייצב גם הלוחם אלישע מידן, שחייו ניצלו בין היתר בזכות רן, ואמר: “אני קיבלתי את חיי בחזרה בין השאר בזכות חסי”. לצדו התייצבו לוחמים נוספים ומפקחים בעלי רקע ביטחוני משמעותי, ובהם יוצאי סיירת מטכ”ל והשב”כ. השופט קבע כי מדובר במפקחים “שקשה לחלוק על התאמתם למלאכת הפיקוח”.
בהתייחס לטענת הפרקליטות בדבר חשש לשיבוש הליכים, קבע השופט: “איני שותף לעמדת המדינה באשר לקיומה של עילת מעצר הנובעת מחשש לשיבוש הליכי משפט”, והבהיר כי לא הוצג חשש קונקרטי לשיבוש לאחר הגשת כתב האישום.
בסיכום החלטתו קבע השופט כי האפשרות שרן יפר את תנאי המעצר ויבצע אירוע דומה היא בעלת “רמת היתכנות נמוכה מאוד”. בשל מכלול הנסיבות הורה על העברתו למעצר בית אף בטרם התקבל תסקיר שירות המבחן, באופן חריג.

Assuming GC IV applies (it doesn't: xitter.cf/BrianCox_RLTW/status/2…, but assuming it does), Article 33 prohibits "collective PENALTIES" (pic 1). And Article 49 prohibits forcible transfers OUTSIDE "occupied" territory, while PERMITTING "total or partial evacuation" if "imperative military reasons so demand" (pic 2).
As @IDF has clarified here @X (all you have to do is check), the evacuations & demolitions were not "penalties" at all. And they were undertaken BECAUSE imperative military reasons so demand (pic 3, not to mention the condemned structures were erected illegally to begin with).
But this is how the scam works. It doesn't matter what @Israel does. And it doesn't matter what transgressions Palestinians commit.
Anti-Israel activists will find a way to blame 🇮🇱 while erasing the conditions created by Palestinians that prompted the security measures or other response.
Usually the anti-Israel rhetoric relies on rampant popular #legaldisinformation. But because the LANGUAGE of international law is often invoked, those who simply don't know any better (or who are simply wilfully ignorant) buy into the rubbish.

And the practical effect is that political violence & terrorist activity, like the checkpoint attack that prompted these particular security measures in the first place, are excused & justified - all in the name of falsely condemning the world's only predominantly Jewish state.
