A 'UEA scraps creative writing' story is taking hold. That's not what's happening. UEA Humanities are facing redundancies across many areas that feed a brilliant writing course (including Literature). That's *worse* in the long term because it's a culture / a mindset / a library.
Absolutely reeling from the news that they are cutting the Creative Writing course at UEA?!?! Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!!!
