I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn't ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I was pretty sure I played my last game. I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide if I still love

Oostende’s Noam Yaacov was by far the best player on the floor in the third 2026 AWS G League Combine scrimmage.
Controlled the game with his skill, speed, moxie, and playmaking sizzle.
The Utah commit looks like a clear NBA Draft Combine call-up.

Deni Avdija was asked about Victor Wembanyama's comments about him being known for taking a lot of free throws at All-Star Weekend:
"I didn’t really pay attention, to be honest with you. I think I’m much more than a player that lives at the free throw line. But you know, people will always say things like that. The only thing I can do is simply not pay attention and just play my game. It's all good."

Derik Queen (now in LA, for the all-star weekend): "I'm a big fan of Deni (Avdija) and Danny Wolf".
The full quote about Deni Avdija: "I'm a big fan of Deni Avdija. He kills it every single time, and it really shows how determined he is. His mindset is exactly like this: "If I want to get somewhere, you're going to have to stop me." He plays such aggressive basketball. I love Deni — he's so driven"
About Danny Wolf (he faced against Wolf in college, last year): "I'm a big fan of Danny Wolf. I always loved playing against him because he challenged me every time. I'm really excited about what the two of us can do in the NBA."

Deni Avdija says he’s fed up with the hate he receives for being from Israel, calls out the lack of education on the topic, and demands respect, saying those outside the Middle East shouldn’t speak on it
“You don’t have to love what I stand for or how I look, but if I’m a good player, give props. All this hate … for no reason. Like, I’m deciding things in the world. I’ll be honest: What do people expect me to do? This is my country, where I was born, where I grew up. I love my country; there are a lot of great things about my country. But obviously, not everyone is educated and knows what is going on, and that’s what pisses me off. Because if you are educated and know what is going on, it’s fine to say what you think and say who you think is right or wrong. But if you are not educated and you are not part of the Middle East, and you don’t understand how long this goes back and understand the consequences and everything … just don’t say anything.”
