I just want to reiterate my complaints here.
I think clearer communication on shipping responsibilities is needed
I think the time frames quoted are very misleading
I am NOT saying I SHOULDNT pay import costs, I just want to know clearly the obligations, distributor, and costs at the time of purchase as stated in writing from the CBP about requirements
I have the right to share my thoughts and point people who care about my opinion away from a company that I feel is pretty anti-consumer.
