Keep looking forward! There are better days ahead. We're on the journey with you. Take care, the YLC team.
Older folk often struggle in silence. If U know someone who may be struggling, why not check in with them? - a word of encouragement can make all the difference in the world. Kindness never cost anything. And what a wonderful investment. Take good care. The team at YLC.
How are you doing? As the world emerges from the pandemic so many of the things we've taken for granted have changed. One thing's for sure, the storms of life will blow, but they are so often filled with new opportunities. No matter what, keep going. There are better days ahead!
Some of you may need to hear these words today. Or someone you know. Please share as you feel comfortable. Keep going and remember, there are better days ahead. We're here for you. Take care, your friends at YLC.
Focusing on the good stuff is easy to say, not so easy to do. But it's a good thing to do. Exercising our good muscles helps us to see the good stuff. Keep going!
Our heartfelt sympathies to the Royal Family in their loss of a loving mother, grandmother & great grandmother.

Someone said 'there's too much focus on kindness out there!..." We beg to differ - kindness makes the toughest days a little easier We all have it within us to be kind It doesn't cost anything It's like spinach to the soul when we find it Choose kindness It's good for you too!

It’s #PinkShirtDay, a reminder to be kind and to take action against #bullying – today, and every day.
When we encourage healthy relationships, well-being for all, and a positive climate every day, bullying behaviour is reduced and everyone has an opportunity to flourish.
