"You're very guarded." As much as I hate having to play with my cards close to my chest, there has to be an understanding that this is done partially due to the climate of the vtubing scene. Its entirely possible to fall into the realm of scrutiny for doing something innocuous, with very real and heavy handed consequences being invoked. You could decide to stay neutral in drama, reciprocate energy in a collab (only to find that your partner couldn't take what they were dishing out), or even be loosely associated with someone else and that's more than enough for some to close themselves off to you, and even worse, cut you off from opportunities by painting you as a villain behind closed doors, which would remain that way without the full context of the story, because *no one* ever gets the full story. You have to be careful with who you interact with, and take what does happen with a degree of grace. While there's always room to acknowledge where you might have went wrong, part of that growth also is in being able to realize and accept that it's not always your fault, no matter how others might try and paint you. You have to be able to conduct yourself in a way that you like, because there's already going to be plenty of people who will decide they won't like you.
