EARLY morning concrete pour photos are the best! Even with all of the activity and sounds, they always look so peaceful. This 615 yard pour (62 truckloads!) occurred last week at Lowe Tractor in Noonday, TX and completes the infrastructure before we start going vertical.

It's a beautiful day to be on the jobsite (and lake!) at HG Sply Co. in Rockwall. This new 2-story restaurant/bar project is moving along quickly and once completed will have fantastic views of Lake Ray Hubbard from the 2nd floor patio areas.
Z Constructors was honored to be a part of the ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Bishop Ray R. Sutton Center for Education & Leadership building at the Church of the Holy Communion campus in Dallas. It was a beautiful and very special Palm Sunday.
Dirt started moving on our new Emerus - Champions Circle Hospital project in Fort Worth yesterday. This will be an approx. 19,000 s.f. facility with 8 patient rooms, an ER Dept. with 7 exam rooms, lab, pharmacy, x-ray and CT imaging and associated office and support spaces.

We had our 2026 New Year Kick-Off & Celebration on Friday night. We have a great team of individuals that truly enjoy being around one another -- it really does take the "work" out of our daily jobs. It was a fantastic night of food, fun and fellowship!
We began standing panels last week on AutoPark Dallas in Lewisville. This is such a satisfying process to watch. We'll have a completed shell in no time!
