🚨 Jaxton Update 🚨
I just spoke to Jaxton; he is aware of and approves the fundraiser. He’s shocked by all the support and says thank you. He already has retainer fees, so this is much needed. He’ll be added officially as the sole beneficiary now that I have his information.
More information to come.
Thank you!

Some of you got pissed when I and others pointed out that this group is an enemy of heritage Montanans a year or two ago.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is ravenously taking over some of Texas’ most beloved public lands. New reporting from @Forrest4Trees reveals the company’s complete disregard for Boca Chica State Park: they want to privatize the entire park. Like the attempted transfer of Yosemite land to a private equity firm, this is another assault on protected public lands that could be lost forever just to enrich billionaires.

This is the man who punched a woman in the face at a Trump rally for daring to ask Trump about Epstein from the crowd, as Trump and other attendees cheered him on.
Anyone know his name?
Let's make him famous.

Good morning patriots. Midterms are coming. We need the number off the voter rolls for the petition-It's coming SOON! Dropping my ballot off in person today. Montana- NO on all the crap. Gallatin County- Stop the Bozeman creep. We've got this. 🇺🇸
“Dear Governor
@GovGianforte
We respectfully demand that all H1Bs be halted immediately until a review can be made to see if Montanans can fill positions currently looking for candidates from India.”
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Friendly reminder that US Army SPC Jakob Noonan (22), a member of the Oklahoma National Guard deployed to Washington, D.C. to make the city safer, is STILL facing criminal charges for having his personal firearm within city limits.
So the US Attorney for DC, Jeanine Pirro, thinks it's perfectly fine for Soldiers like SPC Noonan to patrol the city armed with literal machine guns to keep city residents safe but it's not okay for SPC Noonan to have his personal handgun with him to keep himself safe.
Also important to point out - Ms. Pirro works for President Trump and is part of "the most pro 2nd Amendment administration ever."
If you don't want to see this young man go to DC prison and rot in solitary confinement (we know how DC jails treat veterans...) then contact President Trump and Mr. Pirro at the email/phone numbers in the video below to get these unconstitutional charges dropped 🦅👊🏽

This needs to be pushed out. Americans need to overwhelm the system with their comments.

🚨 25,376 PUBLIC COMMENTS ON TRUMP’S PROPOSAL TO END THE 60-DAY H-1B GRACE PERIOD.
An earlier independent analysis of 7,159 comments reported:
• 83.1% opposed eliminating the grace period.
• 14.2% supported eliminating it.
• 2.7% were neutral or unclear.
Now the total has grown to 25,376 comments.
We don’t yet know whether those percentages hold across all submissions. The earlier analysis has not been independently verified.
Under current rules, eligible H-1B workers who lose their jobs generally have up to 60 days to find another employer, change status, or leave the country.
The Trump administration wants to eliminate that grace period.
The public comment deadline is November 10.
If you believe American workers should come first, or you believe foreign workers deserve time to find another employer, this is your opportunity to make your position heard.
IMPORTANT: MAKE YOUR COMMENT COUNT.
Don’t submit generic comments about H-1B, OPT, immigration or American workers.
Keep your comment focused specifically on THIS proposed rule: eliminating the discretionary 60-day grace period.
• State whether you support or oppose eliminating it.
• Explain how the current grace period affects American workers, employers or the integrity of employment-based immigration.
• Share firsthand experiences, relevant data or specific examples.
• Identify the part of the proposal you’re addressing and explain your reasoning.
DHS specifically asks commenters to provide relevant information and supporting evidence wherever possible.
Don’t just debate immigration policy on X.
Submit an official public comment by November 10.

Montana workers are being forced to compete with a group of people from a foreign country. A nation has the right, and the duty, to protect its people from predatory international arrangements.
True free trade is voluntary and mutually beneficial, but when agreements are used as tools to undermine the domestic economy and redistribute wealth to a technocratic elite, they are neither free nor legitimate.
A "cheap" good or service is not worth the price of a hollowed-out middle class, the destruction of stable communities, and the loss of meaningful, dignified work for the American people.
The social and moral costs of globalization far outweigh the temporary savings for corporate elites and managerial politicians .
While Bozeman residents can't find work that covers the rent, Albertsons is paying $60.79 an hour to bring in a foreign pharmacist via an H-1B visa. This is the reality on the ground while Governor Gianforte flies to India to build "partnerships" and "create opportunities." Let’s be honest: those opportunities aren't for us. We need to know why foreign recruitment is a priority while Montanans are struggling to survive.
Sources: Albertsons filing: U.S. Department of Labor, case I-200-26149-962075. Gianforte remarks: WION interview, October 5, 2026.

A special indian only diwali event at the governors mansion put on by the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
The word has apparently gone out. Republicans want to screw over their constituents before they lose power.
Legal immigration makes America stronger. A handful of bad actors gaming H-1B hurt everyone who plays by the rules.
I sent a letter to VP Vance, Sec. Rubio, Sec. Sonderling, and Sec. Mullin asking the Trump Administration to investigate suspected H-1B fraud in North Metro Atlanta.
