Colorado is too gullible.
To CO voters who supported A 87, believing it would deliver tax relief to those earning under $100,000: You also voted for likely double-digit electricity rates increases b/c utility tax rates went from 4.4% to 8.4%, a 91% increase.
Who ultimately pays those utility taxes? Not shareholders. If you said ratepayers, give yourself a gold star!
Since electricity is in everything, your tax relief will be gobbled up by higher utility bills and higher prices of all goods and services.
If you voted for 87 and you claim to care about affordability, you are either lying or woefully uneducated on the consequences of higher taxes.

99% of black women in Mississippi voted for Scott Colom (D)
That's the same margin as Kim Jong Un

Super El Niño 🔥is raging across the Equatorial Pacific -- likely the strongest in 1,000 years, and you're alive to witness its magnitude and power. Shields up!
However, this stunning map shows "cooler blue🟦" over 2/3rds of the Lower 48 this winter for temperatures --> due to Pacific storm systems like "ice storms" and "atmospheric rivers" from a firehose / pineapple express🍍which will lead to Nor'easters (blockbuster blizzards).
Meteorologists now have the "answer key" for the upcoming winter, and there is no going back. This is "baked in the cake" and will unfold exactly as we feared: planetary warmth is higher in the background, and put a turbocharged and super-moist atmosphere on top.
Prepare for perhaps the craziest winter in your lifetime, until the next one in the early 2030s.

Home price shift since the Pandemic Housing Boom fizzled out in mid-2022
--> @ResiClub_HQ doodles show some of the greatest concentrations of weakness since then. Not every pocket has the same story
--> TX and FL is largely downstream of the post-boom cyclical cooling (bigger boom, bigger bust). While Louisiana is not (they barely saw any boom)
--> While some areas in the Bay Area are still down from peak (in particular, in condos), San Francisco proper saw some notable upward pricing pressure this year from AI wealth boom spillover. That's also starting to push into certain pockets of Marin County and Alameda County.

The Bustang does the same route, more frequently, cheaper. The CooCoo train is not necessary.

So let me get this straight: Germany told everyone Russia would invade Poland and then invaded Poland itself?
Boulder voted for a train in 2004.
Boulder is full of billionaires. High IQ, educated, lots of business. You'd think they're be able to make it work. At least they'd have the money to get it done.
Boulder has been taxed for a non-existent train starting in 2005.
They were promised completion in 2014.
It's now 12 years later, 2026, and they have nothing.
It's been 21 years of waiting and paying taxes.
Boulder has now payed over $300 million for a train that doesn't exist.
The government is now promising the train sometime after 2040.
At least one more decade of taxes while having nothing.
Can you imagine voting for another train when you're still paying taxes for an epic failure?
Colorado couldn't be more gullible!
