Have we come to a place where we are so comfortable being disrespectful, that we don’t even recognize the level of disrespect, or when we’re being disrespectful? Have we become so comfortable in being disrespected, that just being respected, or respectful, feels so disingenuous?

Is this racism?
The video below has been circulating, showing a medal ceremony for gymnastics in Ireland.
As you can see, a medal is given to every girl except for the black girl. You can see she gets all excited and ready to receive her medal, only for the official to move past her and onto the next gymnast.
After handing out the medals, the official had one remaining medal, and still did not go back and give it to this girl.
What are your thoughts? Is it racism, a mistake, or something else? It sure looks bad to me.

Generation Z voters, like most voters between the ages of 18 and 25 are some of the most unengaged voters. Nothing will make them engaged and fired up more than someone trying to take their votes away. It is a massive losing battle in a general election.
