Philip Mitchell Brailsford, is now retired from the force with a tax-free pension worth $31,000 a year for life and his attorney confirmed that the settlement was a result of him suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder due to the shooting involving Daniel Shaver of Texas.

Daniel Shaver was murdered by police in 2016, his wife has been begging for justice since then. The police are targeting and harassing her for bringing the situation to the public eye
