We're making face shields!
Zero Waste Event Productions, working with Rural Action, has received a grant to make face shields from recycled plastic. This Athens Foundation grant will help us purchase a mold, safety gear, and additional materials.
Whether you're shopping online or at the local grocery store, remember to be good to planet earth.

Thank you @News12CT and @news12ctsudol for sharing this story! We remind everyone to place PPE , such as gloves and masks, in the trash after use. These items don't belong on the ground as litter -- and can present danger to those who have to pick it up. ow.ly/JTR350z4Pjf
Missing our crew a little extra today. We hope everyone is safe and healthy at home. p.s. this was before #socialdistancing. #stayhome #zerowasted
